Irrigation Works

I have been a extremely satisfied customer of Irrigation works for 10 years. They have never once let me down and have always provided awesome service at a fair price.
With two trips out this season for more repair than maintenance it has led me to believe this is a company that not only should be a 5 star, but one that exceeds a 5 star rating system. They do everything right with communication on arrival time. Even at crazy busy times in the Summer they work hard to get the job done. With a small staff and peak times a wait will occur, but they work you in quickly.
I mentioned fair pricing and this has always been the case. But more than fair is trust which you rarely ever find anymore in a typical business. This is not typical, it’s mom & pop which I could not love more. Instead of getting an invoice immediately after work is completed you are billed within 30 days. They have a maintenance contract that will save you money if you have them out a couple of times and complete a prep for Winter. I failed to do this time and regret because it’s a steal.
Customer service has always been top notch and it was the last two visits. John who is one of there seasoned professionals really knows the business. It’s not a big company, so the chance of getting the same tech is pretty good. However, it is my opinion that they attempt to do this in order to build a better relationship with their customer.
I have met most of everyone that works for them except for the owners wife Ellen who works in the office and her daughter Anna. These are good people and I would recommend them all day long.
