Excellent Service from a Elizabeth Martin at the Registers! Made shopping there a very pleasant experience!

Tried to do an in store pick up and it was awful. I waited for about 40 mins for them to find my order.

Great selection in men’s clothing here, but the prices (and quality) are going to be higher than at Target. Other than men’s clothing, there is of course a huge section for women’s clothing, intimates, shoes, kids, housewares and kitchen. If you’re a regular shopper (as is my sister-​in-​law), you can really stack the coupons up and get a fab deal. Like 60% off if you’re good.

Yes I’m a fan. I don’t really come here for the clothes though, mostly the other departments. Like many other department stores I find a lack of clothing options for the barely-​thirty-​somethings. The styles are usually way to young or mature.
The shoe, purse, and kitchen departments I visit whenever there is a sale and I get that 30% off coupon in the mail (which can be used on sale and clearance items). I once got a $ 40 faux fur scarf for about $ 11 using this combo method and a really nice watch for half price (maybe even less), and a $ 90 400 thread count Sonoma Queen sheet set for less than $ 40. Have mercy sheets are expensive!
I do not chase the sales when I get the 15% or 20% coupons but I figure 30% could be worth a try especially when purchasing an item already on sale. You only get the «peel to reveal your deal» coupon mailed if you have a credit card. As with all store credit cards the interest rate is high and I do not suggest carrying a balance, if you do you may as well have paid full price. You can make a payment at the register or online or by mail.
In the past year I’ve gotten two pairs of boots here. The most recent this week, $ 80 boots for 20 bucks. Yeah, that’s how I do it!

Even though I’m not a huge fan of shopping, I had to drop by here to complete my daughters Halloween costume. She is dressing up as a as one of the students from a Harry Potter movie. Which she needed a plain white dress shirt.
This place is awesome. They have great prices on quality merchandise. I find it is a great place to shop for Christmas presents. To pick up trendy shoes. Just about anything anyone can use. I find it hard to stay focused on my shopping mission because they have so much house wares to distract myself.

I have always been a fan of Kohl’s, even though I really do not like to shop. They usually have pretty much anything you are looking for. So the one stop shop is appealing to me. I have been to this particular store easily over a dozen times, so obviously I have found it more than satisfactory or I would not return.
On this day a quick objective to find a pair of jeans for my son who is 10 and has wash board abs from the amount time he swims. So it’s not always easy to get a slim, as well as get the interior bands that can tighten too. Yeah, he could wear a belt, but he doesn’t like them.
I found a nice stock of jeans in the boys area and looked them over for around ten minutes without an employee approaching me. This is not only a trend at Kohl’s, but other retailers. So is it short staff, or lazy employees. I think in this instance it is short staff.
I found what I needed and moved to check-​out. I found the cashier to be very nice and smiled the during the whole transaction. I also utilized an online coupon by going to
and found a QR code for 20% off anything. The code was easily scanned and I saved $ 6. I really respect that several companies are moving to online coupons. It’s much greener than paper and it’s more convenient for the customer… so thank you Kohl’s.

Nice selection and the availability of services… great! I had a chance to return some items, and I did so without hassle. This location is also connected to Pembroke Mall (other stores inside). This location also surrounds several eateries… a great spot for dining and shopping all within walking distance.

I love Kohl’s, however, I don’t love their check out lines. It seems like anytime I go, I spend half of my time standing at check out. On my most recent visit, the cashier decided to neatly stack all of the coupons she had gotten from other shoppers that day while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Weird.

I love the discounts you get here and the Kohl’s Cash. This particular store is decent. Usually very clean and well organized. Have not had any issues with staff or customer service. I think their return/​swap line leaves something to be desired. They make you go all the way to the back of the store and wait in a ridiculous line. I guess they think it would be easier to just lose the money and not return anything. It shouldn’t be that difficult… even Walmart has a better system than that. But anyway — overall a decent store and I love shopping there.

This Kohl’s is kept in better order than the one in Chesapeake. However, tonight the fitting room was a mess and the place was dead. I like Kohl’s housewares/​kitchenware and clothing for women. They always have sales too. I like how when you make a purchase it tells you how much you have saved. The people who work here are pretty friendly, I’ve never had a problem. And they always pull extra people to run registers when the lines get too long.

I like Kohl’s, they have nice clothes at good prices and you can’t beat their sales.

Wow! Had no idea how expensive this place was… gonna have to pass on this one. It’s not Nordstrom. prices shouldn’t reflect that.

Oddly enough this place was just like the Kohl’s everywhere else on the entire planet. Wait… IS that odd? I guess that’s the point of corporate America. To feel as white and nerdy as you possibly can no matter where you go to shop for your pillow arrangements or toe socks. I was here because I was, it was a mediocre experience, but then again I’m a straight male so maybe I’m not being completely objective. Maybe if I shove my penis between my legs I’d tell you that the prices were great for name brand products and I found a New Balance sneaker that fits my extra wide and flat feet. But they only had the one sneaker… so it didn’t work out. And plus I don’t have to do the member between the legs thing anyway… because I was already doing that before I started writing this review.

I love Kohls! I go there too much for my own good, however today I had a 30% coupon which brought my total down from $ 198 to $ 134 or around there. I was super excited! I love their sales… I know I know… everyday is a sale however I find it very excited each time I go.

Anyone else ever notice that Kohl’s is ALWAYS having a big sale?
They’re like the national version of the Hampton Roads-​based Haynes Furniture, which has become infamous for its commercials touting its «BIGGEST SALE EVER» — except the biggest sale ever happens every weekend.
It’s a gimmick, sure, but as a serial sale shopper, I can tell you CAN find really good deals on clothes and housewares.
At Christmas this past year, I bought someone one of those fancy-​schmancy no-​twist wine bottle openers, which are normally $ 50 or more – on sale for $ 25.
I buy clothes there fairly frequently. «Simply Vera» — Vera Wang’
s bargain line is featured there. I like those styles a lot.
This particular store is nice, on of the nicer things about Pembroke Mall and, frankly one of the only things I’d bee sad to see go is Pembroke Mall goes bye-​bye (which it should).
