Came in from out of town thinking I would try to relax before a stressful visit to the hospital. Came in at 12:15pm for a pedi was told there’d be a 10 minute wait which was no big deal. I waited 30 mins til the tech came. The water was cold, she wasn’t very concerned and the polish looks subpar.
Then they tried to charge full price for a crappy job, and an extra 30 min wait that put me in a time crunch. I came with enough time to enjoy myself and it ended up being a waste of time and money and made me more irritated.
If you like to waste your precious time waiting for a service you’ve come to pay for. This is totally the place to go!

Came in with the wife for the first time and I finally found a place to get an awesome pedicure. They were absolutely awesome and the lady who did my nails was prior enlisted, which is cool to hear. And there’s a wine bar across the parking lot so I have something to do while the wife is getting her manicure!

Walked in for a pedicure and they took me right away. I got the basic «Refreshing «pedicure, and it was the beat pedicure I have ever had. Carefully done. The massage was great. The spa is small but beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. I also appreciate that you can leave a tip on your credut card, which many nail places in the area do not allow. I will definitely be back!

Not really impressed with this place. I was expecting better quality for the prices from the nail salon. I’ve gotten better quality for cheaper prices at competitors in the area. The ladies working there were very nice and the place was clean and well kept looking. I just cannot get over my how terrible my nails look. I got the herbal rejuvenating pedicure. That came with a hot stone massage that felt like it lasted for only a minute. It definitely didn’t feel like a $ 50 pedicure. The shellac manicure is the worst I’ve ever had. The white tips look terrible. I’m regretting not saying something about it.

Wonderful place with an awesome environment and experience staff. I couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend not going anywhere else for waxing. This was my first time and Ksenia made the experience very comfortable and as painless as possible. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

This nail salon heaven had simple and clean décor. I relaxed in the silent, massaging pedicure chair that didn’t swallow me. I’m glad that there was no TV available to distract from the experience. My purse was placed in a cute tote so that it wouldn’t touch the floor. The tools were sterilized and pre-​packaged for each customer. I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure with a hot stone massage. For regular polish, this salon used Zoya, which didn’t contain harsh, carcinogenic chemicals like other brands. There were lots of colors available. I was happy with the results of my nails. One person did my pedi, and someone else did my mani; both were friendly. Lotus Day Spa opened this second location less than a year ago; its first location is on Little Creek Road.

Moved here from San Diego and this is by far the greatest salon I’ve been to. Immediately as you walk in, the mood is set to be calming, tranquil and peaceful while your sign and pick your nail color. Didn’t wait long and their environment has great positive energy and beautiful décor! Getting pampered by one of their professional and courteous staff was totally transformational and walked out in a more positive and lifting experience.
I will definitely be making this my oasis from the hustle and bustle! Tip: New customers are welcomed with a complimentary glass of red or white wine. Enjoy! :D

Ti is absolutely amazing and personable. My nails are thriving with him and he’s so accomodating. Today I couldn’t choose a color so he mixed both to come up with the perfect combo. He is never late for an appointment & he always takes his time. Jayleen & Eric are wonderful as well. I can’t speak highly enough of the Lotus staff & recommend them any chance I get.

My husband and I went in for pedicures on a Saturday, Ashleigh and Courtney both did a fantastic job. Nice to know a military discount is given through the week. Checking in on FB saved us 10%.

My wife and I stopped in here to get a massage and ended up getting a pedi beforehand. It was great! Personally I’ve only had one other pedi, so my scope is a little limited but my wife said it was good. And the massages were awesome. We went with Swedish. So relaxing. There was peaceful music playing all throughout the building, and the owner was so kind and professional. The whole experience was about $ 150 for both of us, but it was well worth it. We will definitely be returning for any future spa days.

Great service. Super nice staff. I got a pedicure and foot massage. It was fabulous. They really took their time and did a great job. My friend got a full body massage and she said it was wonderful. The same guy who did her massage did my foot massage and he is amazing. They have a lot of different packages that range in price. The owner was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. She definitely let us know that she appreciated our business. Price range was a little higher than I’m use to paying but it was worth it. And I will definitely be back! The décor was beautiful and relaxing as well.

This is by far the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. All of the staff were very nice and very good. The atmosphere was calm and clean. I could not say enough nice things about this place. ONE OF A KIND! Next time I vacation down here I will have to stop in again
