Everything was great tonight. From drive thru ordeing until I got my ice cream cone less than 4 minutes. Professional and pleasant employees and My ice, cream was spot on!

I am no McDonald’s fan, but I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to review one. This one is especially bad. I took my kids here because chick Fil a next door is under construction so it’s temporarily closed. Big regret. I tried to order my kids a hamburger off the kids menu and it took me saying«plain» 3 times because she kept talking over me. Then when I ordered my daughters cheeseburger«also plain» she finally heard me and said«oh you wanted the hamburger plain too?» Yes, that’s why I said it 3 times. I ordered my food and asked if they had any healthier side options with the combo or if I had to get French fries. She had to call the manager over and he said they got rid of the button but he could do a special request for a side salad instead. Thanks I guess. Then when the back called up to the front cashier what the«ask me» on the order meant the cashier had no clue. I had to tell them I wanted salad instead of fries. Food was dry. Coke machine was both diluted and out of ice and the salad wasn’t even worth getting. I took a bite and threw the rest away. Lesson learned.

Never have I been so consistently disappointed and annoyed with a McDonald’s! If u expect cheese on a cheeseburger don’t expect it here. If u ask for something made special 9⁄10 they will screw it up. Napkins or straws in your bag apparently too much to ask for! I’m very familiar with the company that owns these McDonald’s and I’m surprised that they would allow this to happen.

If you’re looking for«fast» food, don’t come to this McDonald’s location. I have gone here twice over the past few weeks and each time, I’ve received the slowest service at the drive-thru. I got breakfast at this McDonald’s and waited forever for some cold hash browns and a sausage McMuffin. The person at the drive-thru gave no explanation as to why it took that long for those two items, nor did he apologize for the wait. I went through the drive-thru again this afternoon with my fiancé. Ordered a large fry to share and a couple of cheeseburgers. It took about 15 min for our order because they were waiting on fries. How long does it take to cook a batch of fries?! Definitely not 15 minutes! Including us, there were four cars waiting for fries all at once. I don’t understand why we had to wait, as there was practically nobody inside the restaurant. Ridiculous. I don’t have time to waste in a drive-thru queue. For this reason, I’m never going back to this location.

I have been to this particular McDonald’s before however I have never experienced such rude behavior coming from an employee at the drive thru. Firstly, I understand what it is to have a horrible day but one must remain professional at all times. You never snatch money from a customer, cut them off while they are ordering or mumble while one is trying to give you their order. I cannot stress enough if employees do not wish to work where they are working, hate their jobs etc then find another job. But, do not place your current place of work in a position whereby no one wishes to return if that one nasty, rude, unbecoming employee is working there. It throws the entire establishment off kilt. I will not return to this McDonald’s again because I work hard and refuse to be treated as such. This McDonald’s may wish to speak with all their employees to treat others who are paying customers with a hint of respect and not as if the business can run without customers.

I stopped at this McDonald’s around 3am after a night out. The end result(being the food) was great but I don’t really enjoy waiting 15 min in a drive-thru for food. And if I do have to wait I expect to be informed ahead of time… which is really the crux of my issue. After they took my order and asked me to drive up, I received no status on my order until 15 min later when they finally placed the food in my hand. I would have asked for a refund instead of waiting but their lobby was closed and I was stuck behind another car that was also waiting. I understand when it’s a certain time of night they limit their output to match the decreased demand but it’s important to keep the customer informed. The customer service was 1 star, the food 4 stars, which leaves an average of 2 stars.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this is one of the nicest and cleanest ones I’ve seen. Classical music is playing and great décor! Staff was very friendly and speedy with my order. I wish I lived closer to this location because I would come in frequently.

A very clean McDonald’s but not speedy at all. Popped in for a quick breakfast while waiting for some work to be done on my car nearby. Maybe some wouldn’t like it, but I enjoyed the classical music playing in the background from Sirius.

Baller. This McDonald’s had seemingly luxurious décor. Low, medium, and high tables. Cushion stools, all wood décor, flashy menu. It felt like I was in a McDonalds in Hong Kong. I was completely dumbfounded, and still am uncertain if this was a dream. Oh, the reason I went was to try the McRib. That was a bad idea. My stomach rumbled the entire day. Don’t do it. It’s just bun, mystery meat, onions, pickles, and mediocre sauce. Ugh. Be sure to check it out just for the outstanding décor!
