This is the second time going since the reopened. They have fruited to ring up my order wrong both times and I have caught it saving 50 cents to two dollars. I trying to go fill out the survey and was told I couldn’t. I went today and they tried to over charge me and the middle of the burger was cold :(threw it away. I think I will just choose to skip it next time.

The local McDonald’s, first of all the place is nice for a Mickie D’s. After a recent fire it was closed for a while. The facilities for a Mickie D’s is way above average. For the drive through it has two drive through so which help. Now I would never say use McDonald’s as a healthy staple. But if in a hurry and need a food fix, pickup a mc chicken for two bucks. Understand they are trying to up their game for healthy choices, I would say get a solid with your mc chicken. If you need a guilty pleasure then get a Big Mac which is my favorite, but can’t eat more than 1 a month. The biggest con was when they served a sundae the worker used a rag to whip off the hot fudge from the container, not exactly the best in cleanliness, but got it home and further cleaned and transferred the sundae to another dish. Other than that always pleasant workers, so solid three stars for a fast food place.

When they reopened after rebuilding from the car accident, the service was great, & the orders came up quickly. Now, the service has gone down hill, the orders are not taken correctly when you place them, & you get parked for larger orders. I was told there’s parking by the drive-thru for parked orders. There’s not even enough room for a vehicle to drive around the building if cars are in the drive-thru, let alone to park near it. I will park by the entrance to make sure my vehicle doesn’t get hit, if I have to wait on an order. I waited 15 minutes for my order tonight.

I visited this store today on 1÷13÷2016, to get a happy meal for my child & a drink for myself from the drive-thru. Of course my kid wanted one of their toys she saw on TV. The female who was taking my order made a mistake on one of the drinks & I asked that it be corrected. She copped a slight attitude with the tone & inflection in her voice but made the correction. She then attempted to ask me if the happy meal was for a boy or girl but a Navy jet from nearby Oceana Naval Base was flying over & I had to ask 3 times what she was asking me. The girl became very annoyed, her attitude grew worse. Right after she asked me to confirm the order & I did so, I observed an ice cream cone get added to my order, the price increased & then the order confirmation screen went blank. I had to call to the girl 3 times to get her back on the speaker. I asked for the ice cream to be removed from my order. With a nasty attitude & a raised voice she denied adding the ice cream to my order. I asked why did it appear on the screen & she continued to deny the addition to the order. I questioned if nothing was added why did the price increase? She denied she made a mistake, yelling at me through the top of her lungs & acting like the ignorant fool that she is. I said more than a few choice words to her & drove off because there was no way I would ever pay to receive that type of service. I was going to go inside, confront the manager about the situation; however, thought better of it w/my child present. My belief is that is was a scam for her to add to the order to slightly increase the price hoping it would go unnoticed, take the payment then go back and remove the unwanted item(s) from the order so she could pocket the extra money from the register. Just a theory but I certainly can’t prove it. Why else get so defensive about removing an unwanted/unordered item along blanking out the screen immediately as I saw it appear on the screen as I was beginning to pull up? After getting lunch for my child elsewhere, I submitted a complaint online w/McDonald’s corporate. That evening I was contacted by the owner, Paul Smith. This pompous, belligerent prick defended the employee, that he admitted had only been there a week. He accused me of the situation being my fault, attempted to correct(as he saw it) & interrupt me frequently, questioned my education, questioned my upbringing & questioned my choice of words in describing his thug/gangster-wanna-be employee who acted exactly in that manner when confronted. He voiced his displeasure when I cited in my complaint employees like this are exactly why McDonald’s is ranked worst in customer complaints/dissatisfaction along with losing it’s market share to competitors that would terminate an employee for arguing w/a customer the way she did, let alone the top-rated would never hire someone w/that kind of attitude to begin with. I was shocked to receive a call like this. Clearly this little man is not used to being questioned or hearing things he doesn’t want to hear about his store & incompetent, poorly trained employees. I said my peace and terminated the call due to his rudeness. Mr. Smith wasn’t done there. He felt the need to call me back a 2nd time attempting to continue to lecture & argue with me. This time I got mad & with a raised voice informed him how lucky he was that he was not standing in front of me at that moment & that if he valued his health, to never call me again along with informing him he would be charged w/harassing phone calls. The nerve of this man is unbelievable! The real problem was that his restaurant got reported to corporate & he is not emotionally equipped to handle anything other than than what he wants to hear & certainly unable to handle people not backing down from him & his bully attitude/tactics. He should be the last person to contact customers in attempts to resolve a complaint. Needless to say I will never eat at this restaurant or any other owned/managed by PDS, Inc. t/a McDonald’s ever again. Corporate was alerted to his actions but as far as I’m concerned I could care less what their response is. Too little, too late. I’m done. Seems like the vehicle crash/fires that recently occurred at this restaurant was an act of Karma as I’m sure I’m not the only one to have a confrontation with this man & certainly not the 1st to have an issue with one of their highly skilled, highly trained, highly educated, can do no wrong employees.

This particular McDonald’s was closed for several months due to a car accident where a car had run into the building and ended up starting a fire there. After months of getting it fixed, the restaurant has recently reopened. When I first came in today, I was able to talk to the owner of the restaurant. It’s always nice to be able to see the ownership at the location. The inside of the place has been completely re-done from what it was before. The booths are pretty much gone and replaced with tables and chairs instead. The flow and location of the counter, drinks and such are in the same area as before. I had come in this morning for breakfast since I hadn’t been here since they had reopened. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a sweet tea. The bagel sandwich was cooked perfectly and was hot like it should be. This is one of the better ones I have had in a while. Overall, the new look and feel inside was festive today. I can’t believe it was so good that I’m actually giving four stars to a fast food restaurant chain location. Most of the staff at this location now when I was there today was not there before they had to close up due to the car accident. If you’re looking for a McDonald’s in the area, this one is definitely worth going to. It’s definitely a different experience than before.

Terrible drive through service. I was in lane two, and was told someone would be right with me. Four cars in the other lane were served. I said«Hello, anyone there?» And was told again, just a moment. I finally gave up and drove around to get in the lane that was being served, and the line was moving slowly. Finally got the food, after about 15 minutes.

This McDonald’s is horrible service and all of the employees are really bad. I thought that some employees would be different but they really aren’t. Do not go to this McDonald’s at all. Do not recommend it at all. The woman there is really rude and mean she has glasses and is very bad at serving customers

This is one of the few McDonald’s where the tag lines of «Welcome to McDonald’s» or «Thanks for choosing us today» actually felt genuinely delivered. The staff looked happy working behind the counter, didn’t seemed at all phased by the lunch rush and my food was great too. Eating fast food or working at a place that serves it can be/feel a pretty impersonal, not here apparently.

Quick and clean. While I waited to place my order, I watched the staff interact with a customer who was clearly developmentally challenged and they were awesome about it. Nicely done, McDonald’s crew. My #3(Egg White Delight) with large coffee was good, but two sugars when I asked for one(I saw her press it twice).

The staff was very friendly & interactive. They seem to enjoy working at this McDonald’s. Since they have remodeled this store the atmosphere is awesome! If you go on the right night there is a gentleman who is very entertaining — you won’t stop laughing! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is our food wasn’t as hot as it should be when we visited last night. The management team is phenom!

Really, you do a review on a McDonalds? Its fast food, What do you expect? Food is good for the small price you have to pay. You get your food within 5 minutes. If you really don’t like it, don’t go, go to a real restaurant. Writing a review on this place is ridiculous. As far as McDonalds goes, I love it, so I recommend it. ;)

OK so we all know what to expect at MickyD’s. Relatively cheap food and for breakfast almost everyone can find something on the menu that they can keep down! What you don’t expect is to walk up to the counter in full view of at least 5 employees who while proximate to one, aren’t manning a register while one lone, clearly either lethargic, inexperienced or semi-conscious employee takes FOREVER taking one order from one person, and watch the others conversing and joking around;(it would seem break time isn’t taken away from one’s station). One also doesn’t expect attitude, but when a person in our party ordering a vanilla latte found it had no vanilla took it back to the counter they were chastized by a line manager no less for not having ordered it in the first place. That got my goat, so me and my goat head up to the counter receipt in hand to show the b###ch that it actually printed out on the receipt clear as day VANILLALATTE, but alas I was blindsided, as she was clearly a recent graduate of the” Bill Clinton School of Cupable Deniability”, she denied having taken an issue with it at which point I said that she had been somewhat argumentative about it to which she responded with ninja-like swiftness, albeit argumentatively, «I wasn’t being argumentative.» Kudos line manager you went stright for Bill’s patented«It depends on how you define____________(fill in the blank)» defense that almost singlehandedly killed an entire impeachment movement, AND you even changed it up a bit to mask it’s use and further exhibited the very behavior you denied while denying it!!! You go girl! I’ll go too, to Burger King or maybe IHOP. And you go back to that school as well, in a profesorial capacity, ’cause what you did would be like Bill denying having sexual relations with someone WHILEHAVING sexual relations with that same someone, and that trick is still in his tophat methinks.
