Wendy’s

Nicely decorated interior and this is the first Wendy’s that I’ve seen with the Coke Freestyle machines. Bonus star for that.
But we have to go to «I’ve experienced better» after opening up my chicken sandwich and wondering «WTF is that core still doing on my tomato?» Ick!

I don’t have vast experience with this location — my fiancée eats here a lot but I’m a health nut.
I stopped in and ran through the drive-​through last week real quick to grab a Frosty for the fella since he’d just had oral surgery and he wanted some ice cream.
After waiting FOREVER to order bc the gal in front of me either had 25 kids crammed into the back of her SUV or just didn’t know what the hell she wanted before she approached — I was able to order my two Frosty’s. I had plenty of time to check in on Unilocal and saw I could get a free small frosty so that was a nice surprise.
Like other reviewers — when I got to the window to pay — the service was absolutely terrible. The young teen who helped me was uninterested, rude, and unengaged. I realize this is food service, the pay is pretty bad, and it’s no one’s dream job, but it is YOUR job if you got hired and you show up every day and do your best until you find something better. At least that’s always been my motto.
The two stars are absolutely for the service.

I have only been to this one a few times — once inside, and twice through the drive-​thru. No problems at all. Orders have been correct, fresh, nothing special compared to other Wendy’s. The other day, I ordered an iced vanilla coffee, but the girl said she would have to brew it and it might be a few minutes. She offered me a large sized Frostee instead and who can say no to that? (Plus it costs more than what I paid for the small iced coffee. :)

I live right around the corner from this Wendy’s. Been there 3 times in a row In a matter of about two months. Every time I go there they either tell me they are out of potatoes or they don’t have any cooked potatoes. It is at dinner rush hours! Seriously.

Horrible service. Wrong orders. Left out a drink and when we told the cashier she said I gave you three drinks. I said you can come to the table and count them if you want. My sandwich was wrong. Cashiers reply was no that’s what you ordered. My sister in laws sandwich was burnt chicken. Ugh. I know it’s Wendy’s but get the orders right, don’t argue with the customers when you mess up, and try to clean the place. Never going back. Ghetto store in a high end part of town. Avoid it.

I visited this restaurant in October and let me tell you: it was, by far, the worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. I go to the men’s room and it was so filthy, it looked like pigs played in there. The urinal had pee on it as well as the floor. The toilet had a puddle of water next to it with mosquitos buzzing around it. The sink was disgusting. It had looked like a mechanic took a whore’s bath in it. There was black gunk all over it. I was horrified. I left the restroom and went up to the service counter to be waited on. I see both managers on duty and two employees chewing gum. A very big no-​no in the restaurant industry. The cashier who waited on me had his shirt unbuttoned and his coarse chest hair was exposed. Fucking gross!!! I was waiting on fries for my order, so he decided to put the food that was ready on my tray. I waited for fries for three minutes and my nuggets were getting cold! What the hell?! I get my food to go sit down in the filthy dining room, none the less, and no clean tables. I asked the manager to clean off a table for me. As he is doing so, he sprayed the cleaner in the towel and ON the table while customers at the adjacent table were eating! The mist of the spray got into the customer’s eye. Holy shit, right? As I sat down to eat, I noticed the trashcans in the dining room were full, the doors were filthy, and no one tended the dining room while I was there. It’s very sad for a restaurant in a high end area to be cared for in a low-​rent fashion. I’ve haven’t been there since, and I will never go back.
