Five stars for being thorough, professional, knowledgeable, friendly AND getting my light colored carpeting to look amazing again. I had previously used Chem Dry for interior upholstery and for a pink paint mishap on my car’s black carpet, and was impressed both times. I usually clean my interior floor carpets using a steam cleaning vendor but noticed that the carpets looked clean the day-​of the cleaning but within a day (after drying completely?), the carpets once again didn’t look great. Whatever method/​products Nick and Tom used on my carpets have left them looking great not only on the day-​of cleaning but the days after too. The sanitizer /​stain preventer had a pleasant smell to them. I highly recommend this company.

Unless you know that your tile floor was perfectly installed, DO NOT let these people touch your tile floor. Apparently our grout was not mixed with the right amount of water when it was installed, who knew! I had no issues with the floor for 7 years with normal cleaning. When Oceanfront Chem-​Dry cleaned my tile floor they ruined my floor beyond repair! The grout was left different colors, cracked and pretty much worn away between the tiles. I am left with a destroyed kitchen floor and it’s not their problem. So unless you know your floor was perfectly installed, I suggest you not let these people in your house!

These guys are amazing! I’ve used them twice now for some pretty bad stains and have been absolutely over the moon with the friendly service and outstanding results. I’ve used them for carpet cleaning as well as mattress cleaning and both times the end product came out good as new. I will always use them for my professional cleaning needs.
