Wow!!! Amazing products. I am 54 years old and during the years I have tried lots of skin care products which didn’t work. When I tried their eyes product I saw an amazing result right at the spot. Topaz invited me to a facial treatment, and I loved every second of it. The caviar and the termica treatment gave me great results. I had never felt my face like that in years. The service was good, Topaz is extremely professional.

There is something VERYSTRANGE about this place… I was on my way to a haircut when the sales guy offered a sample, which I took thinking that would be it. DONOTTAKETHEM! I got stuck in the store listening to him try to sell me in these wildly expensive products for almost 25 minutes. Seriously, it was SO uncomfortable. The guy kept trying to show me different products and offer me weird deals and discounting stuff and saying it would be a «secret»… I’m not shy about spending money on good products(love Sephora!) but what kind of place tries to convince you on the spot to drop $ 200 on their stuff?! … The very same day, I passed the«Seacret Spa» kiosk in the mall(right by Orogold) and I got stuck there too…(what is wrong with me? lol) but I was suspicious when I was offered a sample. I found the sales lady there using THESAMEEXACT sales pitch as the man… offering me crazy discounts on super expensive products that would be a «secret». What really stuck out… They both said they were only going to use a little of the product«not because I am Jewish, but because it is all you need!» and asking«don’t you spend money on clothes? why not invest in your skin?»… it was so odd and they were so pushy. I hated it. Also, if you look up these products online they are less than the original price they were offering for them in the store… I’m wondering how many others have had the same awkward experience?! But if you shop at Lynnhaven mall a lot, avoid these places and spare yourself!

I SAYAVOIDTHISPLACE. I swear this store feels like a scam, don’t let the fancy look fool you. The sales people come off nice but they are EXTREMELY aggressive in their tactics and did everything in their power not to let me leave, offering crazy discounts on already crazy expensive items. I did research on the company after because something didn’t feel right and a lot of other people have claimed they are scam-like, and even showed that the company faked good reviews in some places. I got dragged in from the free sample and i have to say my face feels kinda oily after all the stuff they applied. Definitely NOT worth over $ 100.

My fiancé and I were walking around the mall window shopping and usually don’t respond to salespeople/vendors who are offering samples and what not. But this lady got my attention and asked me if I wanted some free samples. I told her sure as I was waiting outside of the store lol. She told me to come in and take a seat and I looked at my love and he just rolled his eyes… As I took a seat she started telling me about their products and how it’s all over the world and blah blah blah cleopatra used gold on her skin etc… Long story short I have in and bought just the skin peel with free day facial lotion for $ 200. That’s a lot in my honest opinion because my clarins products last me a year for $ 120. Anyways… I’ve been using orogold for 1 month now and all I can say is that I’m seeing some wonderful improvement. It may be slight but I’m loving it so far! My skin looks brighter and even which I do really like. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back or not depending but I do like the skin peel treatments:)
