The personalized support that Susan gives is amazing. You can tell she is passionate about her job and that she cares about each one of her clients. I visit my storage unit once every season, but Susan always remembers my name! She gives me world class support and makes sure that I have everything I need.

Beware this place has cockroaches. Our unit is infested with them and we DID NOT bring them in. I have had to purchase several roach killing products myself and nothing works. Went there yesterday to start removing items and they are in everything. There are a lot of little babies running around
