Came in a few days ago after reserving a unit online and was helped out by Josie, she was very friendly and was more than willing to help me out with what I needed. The facility was very clean and had exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking.

I’ve been a customer of this storage facility since before Public Storage bought Shurgard and changed the property’s name to it’s corporate image, with my current space being a no lights-​no climate controlled 5×10 space.
For the first few years, this was a great facility at a great price. However, in the past 5 years, it’s been nothing but constant yearly rate increases that get larger the next year, with zero facilities improvements (I started out at $ 79/​mo, and now I get charged $ 122/​mo for the same dark, outside temperature space). They also don’t send rate increase notices «30 days» prior to your increase. Every notification arrives less than 30 days before the new rate, and no matter when it arrives, they claim that they mailed it the previous month so that’s what counts.
There’s several facilities nearby that have better access hours and better pricing, so check around. They could do a lot better by their customers at this place.

Excellent experience: helpful, friendly, well-​organized staff and spotless units. I rented a 10×10 climate-​controlled unit and asked to be notified if a larger unit became available. The manager, Renee, remembered and contacted me! I had the option of transferring to the larger unit, but I elected to rent it as well. It is in different building, but, conveniently, very close to my first unit. Both buildings are clean and comfortable with dollies available for transporting items.
