Overall, this is a good Schlotzsky’s. I’ve been in here a few times over the past few weeks. I’ve generally come in at off-peak times, so there weren’t any major issues with coming in here. I’ve had a couple different sandwiches here over these visits. I’ve had the regular size fiesta chicken sandwich and also the turkey avocado sandwich. Both sandwiches were good and had chips and a drink with it as well. The food was good, service was okay. There wasn’t anything that would push me to give the rating higher than three stars. Overall, there are no problems with this restaurant. If you’re looking for a Schlotzsky’s and in the area, this is one you can still stop in. The only issue I’ve had one time was parking. Sometimes the parking does get a bit full here, especially in the summer.

This review is for my daughter who always orders the kids cheese pizza with a sprite and a chock late chip cookie. We always go through the drive through, even though on one occasion went in. The reason we keep coming back is the food is acceptable and competitively priced. I am a pizza snob so don’t understand her love of it, but it is acceptable and better than Pizza Hut. Why the review, I don’t know how they(management) does it but they continuously hire the most pleasant workers. All(no exception) have been polite and are personable, a trait you just don’t find anymore. The most entertaining is a surfer guy who is superb. After the last Patriots Game, a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the window attendant took the time to say sorry for the game, now he could have been an eagles fan and was mocking us, but he seemed sincere and was again, pleasant. Bravo to the fine young folks working here.

I love Schlotzsky’s, but not this one. I came here because it was convenient to my house, but it has the worst service ever! No one ever helps you. I’d rather drive to First Colonial and be appreciated than come here. But I do love their food! I love the Smoke Turkey on sourdough or their pizza!

The food is REALLY tasty!!! I absolutely love their reubens on rye or their classic sandwich. You’re always greeted with friendly service which I appreciate. It’s a little expensive for my tastes but I’ll indulge every now and again!

The Ruben rocks. I bit expensive but when you’re tired of the same old sandwich this is the place to go.

I work right down the walk from this location and always walk down to grab a drink or something to snack on. and I can never seem to be helped right away whenever I am the only one in line. All I see are the employees staring at each other and wondering where whoever is supposed to be helping me is. I can’t count how many times the first thing that has come out of these kids’ mouths is «I don’t know where she is. what can I get you?» Horrible customer service. The entire staff needs some help with understanding what customer service means… Otherwise, the restaurant is clean. Food is made in a timely manner. A little pricey for a deli, and the staff doesn’t really make up for it

Ate at this Schlotzky’s for the first time on Sunday, and they possibly have the WORST service ever. The cashier didn’t speak to us, except to ask our order. Food was good and the restaurant was clean, but every single employee seemed to have something better to do other than take care of the customers.

Very tasty food. We stopped by the Schlotzski’s Deli on Upton, and we were impressed. I had a toasted Italian sandwich on wheat, and it hit the spot. The bread was crisp on the outside and nice and soft inside — in short, it was delicious. They generously piled on the meat while the Italian dressing nicely added a bit of zing. I love the ‘small’ portion; it was just right. We picked up kid-sized cheese pizzas for our kids. In hindsight, we should have made them split just one, but the leftovers are fine. The pizzas were perfect for them, as they were on the bland side(my kids are notorious complainers when food is ‘too spicy’ — whatever). They gobbled up the pizza without complaint. We would definitely return. :)

Always good sandwiches. Recommend to all. Knocking this down to 4 stars. Sandwiches just aren’t as good as they used to be. Maybe not enough of the olive spread? Bread didn’t seem as fresh either.

Schlotzky’s is my go-to lunch break place. I love their sandwiches and soups. This is a newer nicer version too with a video menu board and a nice clean store. I have enjoyed everything I’ve had there except a salad– I picked up one out of the case and it definitely wasn’t fresh, so I’ll skip it in the future. Overall this is a great lunch choice in the Red Mill area.
