My husband and I used to have a membership here but cancelled due to income. I absolutely love this salon. It’s clean, the staff is wonderful and they ALWAYS have great deals, you also feel very welcomed there. They are very easy going with signing up and cancelling which is a plus. I plan on going back and signing up again soon because I feel like I don’t trust any other salon but them and I need a good tan! Highly recommended and worth at least trying a few beds out first if you aren’t sure you want to join.

I wanted a tan to go back home with since i didn’t get to go to the beach or anything while i was out there. I called to ask about their services, and the woman who helped me over the phone was the same one who helped me when i got there. Her name was Casey, and she was seriously awesome and so right about everything when it came down to what bed to use that’ll leave me looking like i just left the beach. So pretty much, their/​her customer service was on point. And they also do military discounts!

This place is amazing! All the desk clerks are very nice and informative, and it’s very clean and well taken care of.

Happened on this salon while using the gym next door. The staff is aaaammmmaaazzziiinnggg!!! I felt so comfortable asking all of (in my opinion) stupid questions. The chick at the counter was super sweet, answered all of the questions I had, gave me tons of good info, and set me up with a fantastic package. It was so nice to leave an establishment feeling like I got everything I paid for plus way more. This will be my place — forever!

I found Sun Resorts by chance, because it’s next to the gym I just joined. SO happy I did! They are super sweet and patient there. The facility is very nice, big and clean. I’ve only tanned in level one so far. They offer good discounts with Inlet Fitness too! Great place overall!

Very glad I took the chance on this establishment. The reviews are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ so I felt obligated to set things straight. The salon was very clean, updated, and exceeded my expectations. The desk personeel were friendly and helpful and did not pressure me for a sale. They did not try to push their most expensive packages or lotions but were very helpful and informative about what the salon offered. Although I’m only in town for a short amount of time, I will make the best use of this place while I’m here.

I am an avid Unilocal user, so when I came across the review on this salon AFTER using it, I was shocked! I stumbled into Sun Resorts on a whim without looking at Unilocal reviews. Having looked at the last review on this, I wouldn’t have gone in! Boy am I thankful that I did!
I walked in on the verge of my 23^rd birthday having not tanned but maybe a few times in my life. I walked straight up to the front and was greeted by two friendly looking young ladies with big smiles on their faces. Rapid-​fired questions at them, and they answered each one without hesitation and with extreme friendliness in their voices. They laid out some options for tanning packages, and urged us (only if we were interested) to try the «grand tour» for $ 10, in which you get 6 sessions– one for each level bed. I had a friend with me, and he opted for the tour. I had a couple of other questions (because what the heck do the different beds do?! Will I turn purple? Is it okay to burn?) and the ladies explained what each bed did, what would look better with my complexion, and which bed had bronzing, was less likely to burn, which would keep my face from looking like a flaming hot cheeto, and etc.
I ended up getting a four week package for level two– which means that I have four weeks to come in EVERY SINGLE DAY if I wanted to, and utilize the level one or two beds for all four weeks \o/​. I think that after this four weeks, I’m going to get the level 4 package so I can mix and match beds (1 – 4) according to what needs I wish to fullfill.
In addition to all this, there is a great selection of lotions at the front, and the staff is more than willing to offer suggestions based on what each one does, what would work better with what you’re trying to achieve, and NOT based on urging you towards the more expensive lotion. Heck, they probably wouldn’t have even said anything had I not asked about it.
Here I sit with a big ol’ bottle of «Beachin», and now have four manly male friends going to tan with me daily (Note: we’re all military, so the week-​deals work well with us). Never have I gone in any business and felt like I was walking in to hang with pals to catch up.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the options are great, the beds are clean, bulbs up-​to-​date, the staff is EPIC, and there are some pretty sweet deals even if you AREN’T a VIP (ask about downloading the app for rewards!).

They absolutely DO NOT match competitors prices! Just got off the phone explaining that the web site said that they did, but the receptionist wouldn’t honor it… I will go to One Hot Tan and pay $ 8.00@ Happy Hour instead of $ 24.00. They just lost a potential client…
