I stood in line for 15-​minutes while the cashier (Ashley I believe) stood outside of the front door smoking a cigarette. By the time she was back inside taking orders there were 7 people lined up behind me. Every table was dirty and they were out of fire sauce which is my favorite. I’m very disappointed Taco Bell.
I’ve been to the location before and it’s been great. I’ll give it another try but this was an epic fail on Taco Bell’s part.

Unforgivably SLOW! Is this place place ran by one person who is on their first day work? SLOW! How can anyone in their right mind give this place more than 1 star? The food at every single taco bell is the same. The only thing that sets one out from the other is service. that’s it. Stood there waiting for a cashier to show to take my order. The drive-​thru girl and cook saw me and said absolutely nothing. 1 bad instance out of too many. No work ethics. They don’t care. SLOWWWWWWWW…

I still love taco bell. It is still my go to want for anything and everything.
We came through the drive through on Labor day morning around 930 and was in desperate need for some greasy food and coffee. We ordered 2 country am crunchwraps… egg, hashbrowns, sausage and country gravy all wrapped in love and 2 coffees one black and one with 5 cream and 5 sugars.
I waited for about maybe 10 minutes while the coffee was brewing. And mind you i was the only person in line when i got there and afterwards so it was strictly just me and me alone waiting.
The staff was apologetic which helped but still 10 mins for coffee? No buneo.
Also for the star reduction was because the country gravy i was hoping for was only tasted in the very corners of my pocket of love not evenly distributed throughout. and not to mention i was never offered any packets of fire burning sauce and totally forgot since i got distracted playing candy crush on my phone waiting 10 minutes for some coffee.

No matter how the food tastes. I simply can not justify a 20+ minute wait at a «fast-​food» drive thru. Especially when it’s 10 at night– certainly not peak hours.

I am editing this review slightly from 1 to 2 stars. I still believe that the 24 minute wait for a single burrito at 10 pm is completely unexceptionable. To make matters worse Taco Bell has designed their drive thru so that you can not «escape.» I could not even consider driving off.
I have to say that the employees were polite and seemed to honestly feel badly that the line was stopped for so long. While looking at my receipt this morning I see that I was given a discount and they tossed in a few coupons.
Unfortunately my food did not due much to improve my experience. My burrito was lukewarm and lopsided with all the «filling» on one end and a few inches of dry folded tortilla at the top. Certainly not worth the wait.

My boyfriend and I came to this location and we were sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before we got to the speaker box. then we were ordering and after one thing was order the rude lady stop us and told us to wait a minute. 20 minutes pass, 2 cars leave they finally come back on and she forgot about us and we reorder everything and we get to the window and she said you had two different orders? No we were rudely cut off and had to re order. After being there for a total of 45 minutes we were super unsatisfied by the service and our order was wrong. never coming to this taco bell ever again.

Went there for breakfast. There at 7 when they opened the door was locked then the hostess could not get to the menu to change it over to the breakfast items so there you have it

This Taco Bell is pretty slow in the drive thru. But then again, it could be because the customers order half the menu at 1am in the morning! But the staff is probably the best at any Taco Bell I’ve visited. They stay enthusiastic regardless of the mess they put up with. That is what keeps me coming back.
Call me crazy, but the nachos belgrande is by far the best nachos I’ve ever tasted. You probably got that «this clown is crazy» look on your face. Maybe it’s the cheese, maybe it’s the canned refried beans. Maybe I just haven’t tried the right places. But until I do, you can’t convince me otherwise. At that with a Freeze and I’m good to go!
I can’t give it much better than 3 stars because they are pretty slow, but all in all, this is the spot for the late night craving.

This is the second time that I’ve eaten at this location. I think they have only been open a little more than year. The first time I ordered at drive thru, got home and was nothing that I ordered, even through my order was repeated back to me for clarification, before paying at the window. After this mishap, I decided to try again. I went there last night and instead of going thru the drive thru, I went inside and placed my to-​go order at the counter. Oh my, what a surprise, when I go home and pulled out everyone’s order, we only had one thing out of the seven items correct. I will never give this place my money again. I’m done with Taco Bell on holland road. Not only was the order wrong, it was the worse tasting food we have ever had. Yuck!!!

Good enough. When you’ve had too much turkey and you want something else that’s quick and easy and not terribly unhealthy, TB is the thing. Yes, there are a shedload of things on their menu that will probably kill you but I find the Seven Layer Burrito to be a decent choice, especially when it’s loaded up with some Fire sauce.
It’s not hard to fold a burrito properly. I’m glad I had this one in the restaurant rather than to go because this one was a mess.

This is a new location! They get better and better as staff gets comfortable with new restaurant. Can be a bit slow but all my orders have been perfect. Finally something better in the community to look at instead of a run down closed gas station. Most people who live in the area like it. That is apparent as they are ALWAYS busy!!!

Ordered from here during a late night and man was this the skimpiest Taco Bell ever. There was no meat in any of my orders. I mean there was nothing but lettuce and cheese in my Crunchwrap and little to no steak in my Grilled Stuft… Worst Taco Bell ever.

Well when I first walked I said «ooo niiiiice» that was immediately followed with, «why is there smoke coming from the kitchen?» Once I was able to snap out of flashbacks from my many shortcomings in cooking, I was able to enjoy the currently great and fast customer service. Though the smoke from the kitchen semi concerned me, my experience was good overall. The fat kid in me (now I’m a fat adult) will keep coming to this place because its close, cheap, and super delicious! Fast food, late night, get it here.
