I got speedy customer service and of course I have to go to the Apple Store for the issue going on with my phone… But my small issue today was the fact that the lady named Christina was finishing lunch and she put her thumb all the way in the back of her mouth to dig some food out of her gums and then she wiped her finger on her pants as if it was going to sanitize it, then she kept swiping away on my phone. Anyways, they didn’t have any iPhone cords either, and I needed a charger so I ended up having to pay $ 30 for a new one because that was the cheapest they had…

Not helpful at all. I told the person helping me(can’t remember his name) that my phone wasn’t working correctly when it wasn’t connected to wifi, he called the store from it and it went through and so he told me it’s working fine. I just got this phone from insurance the day before this. So I said no… And explained everything else that was going on with it. He messed with it for a few minutes then told me I could buy a new SIM card for $ 20 or a new iPhone for $ 40… What? I just paid insurance for this phone and the SIM card they sent to me that I paid for isn’t working. Sorry not happening. So I just left, neither people working seemed to care, so whatever. I’ll continue to take my business to the hilltop location, only went to this one because I was nearby.

Walked around the store for 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Every employee was with someone, but I was the only person in the store besides the customers that they were with. Not even a simple«hi» or «we’ll be with you in a minute». I guess they don’t want any business.
