Great customer service. Very understanding and flexible with contract terms and installation schedule. Good company to work with on flooring — better price than other bids and good service from beginning to end of job.

Two man team installed carpet in our bedrooms/​stairs and they did a fantastic job! They were quick but thorough and the supervisor even came by to check progress and make sure we were happy. Easy process, I’d definitely hire them again.

Great company and great people to work with for flooring needs! They are quick to provide estimates as requested and provide outstanding customer service. I will certainly continue to use their services!

Aug 20. Continued. I also receive a call from the owner, Chris, at 5:12, but am on the road. He calls to see about setting up an inspection of the work, and states that his office is trying to get a hold of me for that reason. The only calls from his office, to include voice mails, have been for payment, and nothing else. This is the first call I have received from Tidewater flooring in regards to an inspection, after I have been told that they do not do this, (quote from Stephanie) «We’ve had 25 thousand dollar jobs that we don’t inspect».
Aug 21. Call the office, Chris, the owner answers, is apologetic, would like to set up a date for inspection and informs me his worker was let go for performance issues. Unfortunately, this wasn’t his worker’s fault, it was management. A few phone calls, some courtesy, and follow up/​finishing the job the right way was all that was needed.
Chris handed the phone over to Stephanie, and to the point, she requested my info and the job was paid off.
I do not recommend this company, especially to anyone with timelines or expectations for on-​time and professional work.
