Worst one of the TS in VA Beach area. They don’t take the Tropical Smoothie app so I didn’t get credited for purchase. On top of it, smoothie not filled to top.

As soon as I walked in, I was hit with this horrible trash smell. I don’t know if maybe that hadn’t taken the trash out in a while, or if something was rotten. Either way, it stopped me from wanting to order food. So I ordered a smoothie and then joined my friends. After a little while of sitting and talking, I had to use the bathroom. Big mistake! The bathroom was disgusting! There were only two stalls, one which was out of order, and again, there was that trash smell! Not to mention the floor was so sticky and nasty. I could hear my shoes sticking with every step that I took.
The place is just nasty! Its definitely not clean like it used to be when the previous owners were there. I won’t be back.

I tend to pass by this place since it’s on my way to work. On one point, I used to be addicted to Tropical Smoothie, until I realized how somewhat «unhealthy» smoothies are here, and it’s always the ones I really like, go figure!
Anyway, when I was in love with TSC, I would always go for the Island Green, and recently it was the Banana Chia Smoothie. My go to wrap was the Jamaican Jerk Chicken. But with the last few visits the chicken there has tasted… frozen. Like it’s been thawed out and was sitting in it’s thawed out water. I don’t know something about it didn’t taste great, so I haven’t ordered in a while.
The last few times I have went to get a smoothie they seemed severely understaffed, but my smoothies still were good, so I’ll keep coming back.

Really like this Tropical Smoothie. Close to the park so I can grab something after a run and they have Happy Hour in the mornings 7 – 9! Half off smoothies. The food is good. Place is clean and all are friendly. If you’re in a hurry you can call ahead or order online and pick it up. I’ve a lot of stuff I. The menu and never had an issues here.

Ordered ginger orange smoothie last night on my way home. Woke up at 1230 sick and suffering stomach cramps really bad. Went to patient first to find out I have Food Poisoning from this place!!! Will never ever go here again! Obviously cleanliness is not a priority here because of it was — I would not be suffering with food poisoning!

This used to be my favorite tropical smoothie, in fact I went there every morning before work. Since the owner or management have changed things, I don’t go in there. Tyler and Anna had the mornings on lock. Hopefully they get things back to the pace that they were, because currently if there’s more than 3 people in line, I don’t go in. I generally don’t have 30 minutes to wait for a smoothie.

Although it’s not deep fried, there is so much sodium in one wrap (around 2,000-/+). That’s insane for one wrap! Love their smoothies, although they’re really not as «healthy» as they claim. They post their nutrition guide online. If you’re watching your calories, definitely check it out.
All in all though, this particular location is my favorite out of all trop Smooths in the area. The lady making the smoothies is always so quick each time I go. Even with coupons when I expect to get a great deal, I always walk out spending at least $ 20 on my husband and myself on 2 wraps, 1 smoothie, and a soda :(but meh, that’s inflation.

I love the smoothies at Tropical Smoothie in general but what made this one extremely different from the rest is their speedy service. No sooner than it was paid for it was ready to go. This may not seem like a big deal but if you’ve been to other locations you know that you have to wait between five and 10 minutes. Not to mention it tasted amazing!

I LOVE this place! BUT if you’re an Island Green fan like myself… ASK them to blend yours extra because sometimes i’ll find an entire piece of spinach stuck in my straw.

Good Smoothies…
Not cheap. When you come here expect to spend $ 10/​person
Good but not Great.
I like it because it is a healthier choice than most places to eat
