We have shopped this store a few times and recently made a purchase for my daughter. Conveniently located inside Lynnhaven Mall. It’s a small store, but they do pack in a lot of merchandise in.
Service was friendly overall, but noticed when packed on one visit slow to greet. Once we had assistance service was strong. My daughter was measured up and quickly decided on a pair. Pricing is higher than some places, but compares to most name brand.
They have more than shoes. Other accessories such as a variety of shoe laces and hats are a big draw. Clothing for adults and children too! If you cannot find what you’re looking for on sizing, or style free shipping to your home was offered.
Checkout was prompt. They will ask you for email for deals, so if you like spam go for it. But all joking aside if you are a big Van customer this is something you should sign up for. If you complete the survey w/​code on receipt you have a chance to win a free pair of Vans.
I would recommend and return.

Not only do they have a great selection of different styles of vans for you to choose from but they have them from infants to adults as well. They also have the latest styles and new arrivals available. As you have the opportunity to put a whole outfit together from the various shirts, shorts, underwear, shoe laces, socks, and hats.
As the staff will help you with your selections by giving you good options and different choices, they will gladly find it for you and if by any chance they’ve run out. Their great personality and attitudes will make your shopping experience a pleasant one !!!

Overly helpful staff. Greeted me within just a few seconds, and both employees checked back on me every 5 minutes or less. Great experience.

The vans store is an excellent source of surf side skate wear. Though I purchased my old Skool greys/​w gum sole at the navy exchange I am not ignorant to the origins of the shoe.
They fit smoothly on your feet and have soft cushion for a comfortable fit non the less. Perfect shoe for real skaters (you know who y’all are).
