Came in to get a jetpack to have separate data from my phone since I recently started having to use alot more data. After working with their reps, he helped me realize that it would make more sense and be more cost efficient to just bump up to the next plan. Doubled the data on the plan for an extra $ 20 a month. Definitely cheaper than buying a jetpack which uses data from the same shared plan anyways. I asked him to show me some of the cool, new toys available and he wasn’t pushy about buying.

Total waste of time — went in with a battery problem and have total phone insurance. Told me they could do nothing and deferred me to apple and/or googling Internet forums. Just avoid.

After having Verizon Fios in my apartment several years ago and having to switch to Cox when I bought my home I’d gladly deal with Verizon’s less then stellar customer service and billing department but fantastic internet services to get rid of Coxs terrible service and fantastic service departments. Help me Verizon you’re my only hope! Please start covering all of Green Run.

After visiting a «Verizon Authorized Retailer» and getting a botched phone order and Verizon account setup, this location was able to complete my phone order(I walked out with the exact phone I wanted) and they were able to fix the account setup mistakes made by the authorized retailer. Specifically, I was trying to port 5 phone numbers from AT&T to Verizon, with 5 new smartphones using Verizon Edge on a shared data plan. The authorized retailer built 5 separate accounts, which would have resulted in more than double the amount paid had it gone uncorrected! Eli was able to get me a phone from in-store stock, and worked with Verizon customer service to fix my account so that it is under one account with a shared data plan, like I originally wanted. Eli(mentioned in a prior negative review — braids, red headphones) was extremely attentive as I explained my issue, worked with customer service until my account issues were resolved, was very nice and helpful. The rest of the reps were also very nice and personable during my time in the store. They also ensured I received my military discount, and I received a free screen protector with my phone. Most highly recommended!

I came to this with a broken phone, and was expecting to leave here stressed out. But to my surprise, I was actually thoroughly helped by the staff and they did an excellent job at not making me pay too much to have a sort of «loophole» contract get me out of being screwed by my bill. The best representative that helped me this day was a woman named Betsy. She’s very well informed about the product, is not looking to screw you over in order to obtain commission, and above all actually cares to see that the customer is treated well. I wouldn’t go to any other Verizon retailer or representative in Virginia.

Horrible customer service. I stood around for almost 15 minutes waiting to start a new account with Verizon. The manager was very condescending towards me. I could care less that you graduated from VA Tech. I myself received my postgrad from William and Mary, but I guess I didnt fit his stereotype of an educated individual. In addition, there was one employee with the black braids, who spent most of his time texting on his phone and while wearing red Beats headphones around the store. You can imagine he was not focused on helping customers. Stay away from this place. The Greenbriar Location in Chesapeake is much more professional and their manager genuinely cared about your concerns. In closing, I have reported this location to your Company Headquarters and to the Better Business Bureau. Until new management is in place, DONOT visit this location! Josh Lemaster leaving has brought the downfall of your store. As a Naval Officer and Mason, I recommend that all my Brothers and Sisters stay away from this location and pass this on to our Lodges and Naval Commands.

I hate going into a place and they try and sell you features and they make it sound worth while and it’s not what you needed! See you soon Josh !! This is of course the best verizon store out there. I work here!!! Anyways come see Josh Lemaster to get your new phone. I’m a «No BS» kind of guy so I won’t up sell you to things you don’t need. Just look for the guy with the piercings, giant/epic beard, and currently a Mohawk.
