I really would like to not give them any stars at all. Their customer service department on the phone can’t get their crap together! You can talk to ten different people and they will give you ten different answers. And they do not document correctly in your account. AND to hell with helping anyone in the military. They don’t give two shits! I use to love them but now I will never ever get their service again. They are rude and disrespectful on the phone. THEY never listen to their customer. It’s their way or no way at all. No matter where I’m at in this world I will never have verizon as my service for anything. I would rather go with out then have them there to assist with anything at all. I’m going to take my happy little butt back to cox communication where they have a better customer service department than verizon.
