Verizon Wireless

The new location of this Verizon Wireless store offers a more comfortable atmosphere. The old location across the road seemed so cramped and dark. This new store is open and bright with lots of windows. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgable. There is a large variety of phones and accessories to choose from. I’ve been a Verizon Wireless customer for nearly 13 years and the service (LTE) is unbeatable, in my opinion.

This is the ONLY Verizon store that I can honestly say that I enjoy going to. Yes they have moved across the street now, but it’s the same staff with an awesome new building. With around 12 – 15 visits I can say they have been consistently above what you will find from other stores.
The location is very good off VB Blvd, you cannot miss it. The area is well kept and tons of parking.
I have bought a few phones at the location. This is a company store which is important to mention. The Verizon stores that you may think are company most likely are NOT, they are franchised. A company store will always be superior in every way to a franchised store. The most recent purchase was two new iPhones two years ago. The rep Michael that helped me and is still at this store. Others from two years are still here too. That means a lot to me that I will find the same employee and build a relationship.
My most recent had me looking into the 6S which was displayed right as you walk in the door. A customer service rep was at the door to greet me. I had another rep assist me within minutes. Ultimately the timing on my current contract needs to expire, but it was interesting looking at new features.
I feel the store is well managed as evidenced by over a dozen visits. Your always welcomed quickly with friendly staff. The store is well organized, clean and presents well.
Overall I have found wait times to be pretty minimal, like no more than 15 minutes, but usually minutes. The service that I have received over four years is have been nothing short of amazing in the Verizon world. In my experience the staff are knowledgeable too.
I would recommend this to anyone who has been frustrated with other Verizon stores. You will see a difference and will want to make this your go to location for Verizon Cellular services.

So helpful and so polite. All the employees were very professional and helpful, they fixed my account in a matter of minutes and I was helped right as soon as I walked in the store.
