I’ve been to this store about five times now. There is one older employee who is friendly towards me and my daughter but I feel like the rest of the employees are rude when I have my toddler with me. Yes, I understand that it’s an expensive store with a lot of breakable items but I don’t let my child run crazy around the store. I also don’t like that the employees don’t greet you when they walk into the store. It’s never crowded so there’s no reason they can’t say hello.
I doubt i’ll be back to this location.

Great service. Yes it’s expensive but the products are excellent. Refund or exchange policy is good. Return things with no receipt. Always give your email address
And ask for receipt that way if you need to return without a receipt it’s on file. Always check the sale tables also!

My only complaint is nothing here is ever on sale when I’m shopping… at least not any of the cooking supplies that my wife needs or uses. Still this place has a great selection of the cooking supplies, serving wear, unique food mixes and helpful staff that make sure I have the type of present that will make my home chef wife happy, even if it’s at full price. All kidding aside in my book this is the best shop for gourmet cooking supplies in Hampton Roads.

I love this store. They have everything you need for your culinary needs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always ready to help with your needs. I’m here often enough that they know me. Joey has a great personality, really they all do. I always feel greeted like an old friend returning.
I like when they have customer appreciation days/​events and I can sample some of their tasty treats, they also have great deals those days.
For me, a visit to Williams-​Sonoma is an all around great experience.

In my search for a great coffee grinder I visited this store. I was shocked to find this store only carried to different brands of grinders. Little disappointing since they specialize in kitchen items.
