I come here every time I come to the mall and usually never have any problems.
My first time here, the employee was very unprofessional — asking us to call and tell management how awesome she was because she thought her boss was going to fire her. But, I haven’t seen her since and so I happily assume she WAS fired. The employees there now are nice enough, and I like that they don’t have to cover their tattoos.
They are located right in the food court have a large variety of flavors and and okay amount of sweet toppings. Usually sprinkles, multiple types of chocolate chips, breads and candies. The only thing that’s lacking are the fruits. Usually they have 3 or 4 kinds but today there were only two — blueberries and kiwis.
Plus they have military discount! I’ll still continue going because of the location but if I had the option, I’d go some where with more fruit.

I am a mall employee so I would like to send my review of this place as I see this store every day. First of all the store employees or at least one or two of them are very very unprofessional. Every single time I walk by the overweight employee is either eating behind the counter or giving out samples WHILE EATING THE SAMPLES. Another male employee who I don’t know if he still works here was always blasting loud music, hat backwards, pants drooping, earrings on and acting so childish while customers are in the store. I have and will never give business to this kind of place knowing management doesn’t do anything to fix this. Very unprofessional and very sloppy.

So good. One of the best «fro-​yo» places I’ve been to. To top it off they had really awesome music playing in the background. I decided to go with a smoothie instead of leaving my yogurt in a cup. Great decision. Will make it a point to stop by this place whenever I’m at Lynnhaven mall !

I’ve been to this place twice. They don’t have as much selection as Skinny Dip, and you have to ask for the busy workers to go get you sample cups, but aside from that, I didn’t have any complaints about the first visit.
This visit, however, was disappointing.
No vanilla? He recommended the birthday cake flavor, saying it was kind of like vanilla, but it really wasn’t. It was tan, and it was pretty watery, sliding around the bottom of the cup. I asked if that was normal, and he said it was pretty normal for that flavor.
Then, they were out of whipped cream. Total bummer. I always want whipped cream on my frozen treats. No banana slices, either. They do have the little cheesecake bites, though, which never disappoint.
Also, the fudge is not hot. It’s just «fudge.» Disappointing, as well.
I almost feel like going to Skinny Dip and consuming more calories just to get my froyo fix :/​
The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience.

I like this yogurt shop, but I like «most» yogurt shops. I thought some of the flavors were a little strange as I typically only get vanilla and chocolate. Luckily they had chocolate, and I was able to add fudge (don’t judge me). While I thought the place was a little cold and «sterile» some may find it modern and hip. Frankly, I think a plant and a few pictures on the walls would add character. The shop is clean and they offer many different toppings. They only offer two size cups and weigh your yogurt, so don’t go overboard, it can get pretty pricey.
