I would love to rate them on their service but I can’t because they never showed up or called me back.
I received a flyer in the mail for a chemical service special of $ 51 per month. I imagine that it is expensive and time consuming to send out those flyers, but after I called them twice I finally got a phone call and the man I spoke with talked me into getting the full service deal for $ 85 a month. I have two pools that need service so it was going to be $ 170. I agreed and told him that I want to start right away. He said he would call me in a few days to let me know the schedule but he never did. It’s been three weeks and still no call back. If I have to call him back just to get the initial service imagine later.

I hired All Pure Pool Service for a «chemical only» service, and have been using them on a rental for a few years. Unfortunately their service has declined. Recently, I found out from the tenants that the pool was green. But I never heard any issues from the pool service company — they continued to come and put chemicals into a swampy green pool, then collect their paycheck.
When I did call them about the issue, they didn’t return my call.
When I called again and told them I was discontinuing their service for failure to deliver, then they called me back. They even told me that they missed a few weeks of service — but never told me. AND, they told me they knew my pool was green. Yet they did nothing about it, and never notified me of a problem.
But they certainly cashed all my checks.
Horrible service.
