Going in for an upgrade is like walking into a car lot and getting pressured by sales people to purchase more then you want. What the heck! Never came in for an alarm system or direct TV and seems like all they could talk about was selling and how if we ordered from them it really wouldn’t cost us as it would be a wash if we got the bundle deal! RIGHT! Nothing but pressure sales tactics! is this what AT&T has resorted into becoming. I needed my phone and upgraded, but felt pressured. Next time we come up for renewal will take the time and go some place else.

This store, including its«Management» and Sales Reps, has APPALLING customer service. I went to upgrade my phone and was instead told my phone had scuff marks on the sides and could not be traded. Even though this was ridiculous, this wasn’t the bad part. When I asked for a manager the employee went to the back and did not return for 10 minutes and when the manager, Adriana, came she was defensive the whole time. She said, «You should have read the contract you signed» in response to every one of my statements. I told her I came in a week prior with a cracked screen and the Rep told me to get my screen fixed and I could trade up. She said it’s not their policy and we should have read the contract instead of listening to the rep. This whole time she seemed indifferent(didn’t care) and dismissive. So because she had a bad attitude I said I wanted to file a formal complaint to the regional manager. At that time, she said, «It’s time for you to leave the store». I did not leave because I wanted to file a complaint and she said, «I’ll escort you out». She and the sales rep, Kate, became aggressive and walked towards me in an effort to escort me out. So I left, without yelling, and am now filing formal complaints to regional, general, and corporate managers. I cancelled my service, switched to Sprint, and am happy. BASICALLY, THEYAREAWFUL. I am filing a complaint with corporate and encourage everyone else to to the same!

Wow Megan was really rude. We came in to upgrade and she asked for my moms ID my mom showed her and started to put it back in her purse. She then proceeded to snap at my mother«I need your IDOUT.» No one else came to help us, we looked for about 45 minutes and checked out the 6+ which had a password on it, I asked if it could be unlocked but they dont have a store password on their phones so someone was able to lock it. They told me this then the three of them continued to talk. With no help and left.

Worst AT&T branch ever. Worst than AIDS and I don’t joke about AIDS. Fuck this place, full of lazy workers

Wow! I thought the AT&T store in Porterville sucked, Visalia has it bad too! … Just left feedback for them. Same issue, as soon as they find out there’s no commission involved, they turn into pricks. Not cool.

The service is great when you are in to Purchase a phone but when you go to get a service request of anything that doesn’t involve a sale it’s not so nice.

Wow, I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down by the authorities. Today they wasted TWO hours of mother’s time trying to bamboozle her into features she neither wanted nor needed, when all she wanted to do was to add her granddaughter to her family plan. Two hours. What complete jackasses and ripoff artists. My mom is a senior citizen but not an idiot. Shame on you, AT&T. Visalians, steer clear of this place. Wish we had checked the Unilocal reviews. They’re all 1 star. Unbelievable. Scam artists.

Lame. I’ve been coming here for phone purchases for 10 years, usually I’m okay with the crappy service cause I’m there to just buy a phone. Came in today to add a corporate discount to my plan thru my employer, fail. AT&T customer service said to just bring in my work badge and the«Fan Number», fag at the front door says he needs more proof I work for my company. Needs my most recent paycheck or a letter proving I work there. None of his effing business to see my paystub nor do I have to get a effing letter proving I work. Other employees have come here with just the special«fan number» and gotten the discount. I guess he thinks this is the only AT&T store in Visalia. He gets to make up his own rules apparently. I’ll head somewhere else. Employee must of been the weekend night shift co-assistant manager fill in, looked super important with his dumb iPad playing angry birds. Take your business somewhere else.
