Denny’s

Today I came with my husband and son. We were seated at a table that was still wet from being cleaned and had a funky smell. When I took my son to the bathroom to was his hands we turned right around and walked out. It was filthy! We waited 45 minutes for our food. Which considering how busy it was, we did not mind. When the food came out my sons pancakes and scrambled eggs were burnt, and we were not brought syrup or butter. My husbands chicken burger had wilted lettuce and drily pickles and cheese and the fries were so crispy they were hallow. On my plate the only complaint was that my hash browns were not cooked evenly at all. This was one of the most unsatisfactory restaurant visits. We will be taking our business to the other Denny’s in town from now on.

They only reason I am giving this dump one star is because you cannot post your review without it.
Where to start! There were so many people at Denny’s this morning attempting to pay their bills as well as signing in to be seated. The woman writing down the names was Jessica. Very sweet lady multi tasking. I communicated to her my name, how many, and that we would need a high chair for my son. A couple walks in after us with a child as well. Another Denny’s associate comes to the front to assist Jessica with the crowd of people. Her name was Maria. Now, I don’t know if there are any other employees who work at this location with the same name. So I was get very detailed. Maria was maybe between 18 – 25 terrible teeth just as bad as her attitude. I hear her whisper my name to come be seated I walk up to tell her it’s my family and, she skips me to the next couple with the child. Proceeds to sit them down and gives them a high chair for their toddler. I inform the other associate Jessica that I was skipped. She ensured me I would be next. Here comes along Maria saying she called my name and I was nowhere to be found maybe I was outside. I explained to her I was sitting inside the entire time. Maria continues to argue (yes ARGUE) that she called me. I then became irritated and asked if she wanted me to to continue to wait. She rolls her eyes and grabs menus and silverware and states,” no I’ll take you now”. She power walks in front us of to a table throws down our silverware and menus and walks away. No high chair for my 14 month old, no «your waiter will be right with you». Nothing. At this point I am FUMING. I asked to speak with the manager Ferma who only stated «she’d talk to her». Now, I wasn’t looking for any discount of any sort. It’s the fact that if it wasn’t for the customers people like snaggle tooth Maria wouldn’t have a job! Oh, and our order was wrong. In conclusion, the customer service is terrible.

This Mooney Dr. establishment is central to town and is always a good place to get some midnight feeding crave after parties and clubbing. This lil town don’t have much options for dining in after 10 pm.
What’s new is the interior redesign from that harsh brushed metal 50’s diner to a much more warm and soothing wood paneled color scheme. The floor arrangement is not Feng Shui but it is a remarkable improvement.
With my most recent visit at the end of October I have noticed the meal portions have reduced significantly. It will take more visits in order for me to determine if this is a pattern I won’t be liking. You know after a hard night of going out the stomach gets all revolty.
Coffee that night was subpar. Waitress seems to be hard working and rather new at this. No fault of hers.
Three stars only because it’s a much improved and more esthetically pleasing diner. Foodwise, it’s a disheartening discovery of lesser apportionment of food and it’s inclusive side dishes.

Newly upgraded. I used to hate this place. Now it’s nice and clean. Staff isn’t perfect but they are pretty respectful and they try.. Food is. … Well Dennys food. so.. You get what you pay for.

Actually a 1 star is too much for this place! Lousy service had us waiting didn’t even put utensils or clean table or give us a menu. Took them about 10−15min and saw that they were serving other people after us! After 20min we just left they didn’t even acknowledge us! Worst Denny’s ever won’t be coming back and we’ll tell our friends that there’s a better Denny’s off mineral king!!!
Note to management get your shit together your employees suck!!!

Cheers to the whole new look inside Denny’s! Loving the new décor and seating area. Looks way cleaner! Staff is still friendly, and food is still good thank goodness!

This place never gives you refills! The first time I ignored it figured it was a young kid working with Justin bieber hair his name was Wyatt Never refilled our drinks or asked if we wanted desert just brought the bill. Second time we went the lady never filled our cups she even set the bill by the empty glasses! Older lady at the front working the cash register has a attitude problem another older lady talks too much doesn’t watch where she’s walking almost ran into me holding my 6 month old won’t be returning

I have been to this Denny’s before in the past and it appears that the management has become very lax. My mother-​in-​law was very appalled by the service they provided. The waitress never gave us butter for my biscuits, and when we ran out of drink, our glasses were empty for almost half an hour before our waitress showed up. The cherry on top were the restroom facilities. Not only were they filthy, but both stals were locked and no one was in them. This is by far the worst restaraunt

–Food was better than other Denny’s.
–Service was pretty quick for a busy morning and my party of 5.
–Server was very good at keeping our glasses full and checking up on us.
No bad experience.

Server never told us her name.
Took forever on drinks even though she only has 1 other table.
We’ve been watching our food in the window getting cold for 5+ minutes.
Drinks are empty.
She’s nowhere to be found.
Probably the worst Denny’s I have ever been too.
Plates were hot, food was cold aka the plates got hot from sitting in the window.

Worst dennys managers ever! Had a nice experience from our waitress Emily two weeks ago. been there many times and had Mercedes as our waitress and she is just disgusting A SLOB! If you go dont sit wirh her. Food is ok but its not the cleanest dennys around.

The dining room area is kinda small. You feel cramed in. Food is ok…

Here, I met a person who said they burnt an eyebrow off while trying to do tricks with a lighter. We’re still friends.

For a late midnight run to Denny’s, it wasn’t that bad of an experience. The staff was nice, the waitress was pretty fast and was very attentive. Especially with the place pretty crowded! Overall it was a good time. The food was ok, Only bad thing is trying to drive out of the parking lot, mooney is a pain to pull out of.

Country fried steak is always done tender. Portions are good size, and always nice and clean
