Not only is the food amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are generous & committed to our community.

This cute upbeat restaurant has the best hamburgers I have ever tasted! I suggest getting the fonze burger! Nom nom nom. Prices are reasonable, and customer service is excellent! Great location too!

Was in town, in the middle of nowhere Visalia when I came across this place. I was still on a vegetarian diet, and of all places, you wouldn’t think to eat here for meatless food. But think again. Good Times Café has the BEST, vegi patti I’ve ever had in my life. You probably would not be able to tell the difference. The buffalo chips are the best. Go with their special with the egg on top, it was amazing and probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. No kidding.

Very good and friendly service. Just a limited menu, but they advertise as a burger place anyway. We’ll definitely go back!

The environment was nice… But the food was just okay. both mine and my sisters orders were made incorrectly. Although they did offer to remake my sisters order which was considerate(even though she only order«love me tenders»). I was disappointed in the quality all together. There was only 1 server and one cook and 2 other guests at 1 table. So it was peaceful.

Good Times Café is so good! It was disappointing to see that they closed down the Fresno location so my girlfriend and I made a small road trip to the Visalia location just to eat their burgers. The burgers are delicious, fries are crispy, and the milkshakes are awesome! My girlfriend is also a 50’s fanatic so she loves the decour of this place very much! Full props to these guys!

4 stars for ambiance. 3 stars for food. I got the Monday Special, a turkey melt with fries and a drink for $ 7.99 aka a plate full of carbs. The turkey was grilled and it was deli slices sliced up into small pieces. Maybe a small handful of meat, with barely enough to form a thin layer between the bread slices. I think it would have been perfect with double the meat. The theme of the restaurant is cool. I don’t know that I’ll be back often, but I will keep it in mind when family visits.

This is my first time here at Good Times. The food was delish good size portions. Our waitress Alyssa was friendly and checked on us often. We never had an empty glass! The décor was great, except I noticed there were no black artists of this era on the wall. no Chuck Berry no James Brown, no Little Richard… that my only suggestion to make this place well rounded

Not bad… Try the Fonz Special. Great fries and onion rings. The waitresses are very attentive. Food takes a little while, but it’s worth it.

Wonderful place to grab lunch! Customer service is quick and very friendly. The restaurant is 50’s themed so the menu, décor, and music all reflects the era which I enjoy. My favorite menu items are the Blue Hawaii, Chubby Checker, and the Duke. The food is always hot and fresh and the flavor is always there. The portions are great too! They also have specials during the week. Be sure to check those out for a tasty, affordable meal.

Good was decent. Liked their salad better than the burger. Customer service is what cost them the two stars. Took forever to give us our food when we were the only ones in there. Eventually another couple came in. The only waitress there was talking in the kitchen super loud about her personal life and how her mom and brother got drunk and were smashing bottles over Mother’s Day weekend. Mind you we heard this from clear across the establishment. We had been done with our food for quite some time and she comes over finally and then says«let me get you guys your check so I’m not keeping here as prisoners». I have no idea what would compel her to say such a weird thing. Again, she took her sweet time and was just talking to another employee and didn’t care that we could see she was taking her time to give us the check.

Food is good, service is good, but the bathroom is very dirty. I went to wash my hands and almost gagged, it smelled like old urine

Burgers are really good but the waitress was very slow and forgetful. So good food but bad service.

I’ve heard good things about this place so I gave it a try. The food was delicious but what threw me off, was that the table we were sat at, the walls were dirty and the floor had food under my table. Server was very friendly though.

Great little burger place with great service. Burgers are a good size and order the onion rings. Child’s menu is great and comes with a scoop of ice cream. Shakes are also really good!

This was not the first time we had been to Good Times Café. I ordered the special, «the Fonz burger» with fries and a drink. The fries were cold and the burger was barely warm. I asked for more fries. They came hot. I couldn’t eat and more of the burger, too cold. The rest of my party had salads. Mine was the only hot meal. When we arrived it wasn’t busy, but it got busier later on. If this is the new norm, I’m done. There are too many places in town to eat to get a below average meal.

Good burgers! But sadly we didn’t have such a «good time»… Let’s see… None of the waitresses listened when we had to ask them something. The jukebox took my 25¢ and didn’t play the song :( The seat was broken! Seriously, if a little kid sat in that seat and fell and hurt themselves, would you even fix the seat? Did you know about it? We tried to tell you but uh… Your Service is bad. :\ Then we decided to use the restroom.(My cousin and I went together, we are bffs and besides we were just fixing our hair and stuff) then this GUY, an EMPLOYEE, walked in and I screamed cuz what if we were using the restroom? You know? I don’t want a guy in the bathroom when I’m in there. And yes, we did lock the door, but I guess the lock popped out or whatever. We went out to our booth to tell our grandma what happened when our milkshakes arrived! Epic right? Um not really, our shakes had whipped cream and it was leaning over to the side and SPLAT! There went BOTH of our whipped cream, on the table. I was like a ninja and caught mine with my bare hands(umm) and the waitress was standing there watching, didn’t even ask if we wanted new shakes cuz the best part was gone, and just asked if we needed to clean up and I was like noooo we’ll just sit here with our shakes on the table. So she brought us a small damp rag and then the minute I was done cleaning up she took it from my hands and walked off. Ruuuuude. My cousin sat down and the seat almost fell off! It was like the titanic. My cousin and I sat there sadly and we were like oh jukebox! So I dug out 25¢ from my purse. Then we went to the jukebox and picked out a song… Song never came on. Before we left we had a little fun… 1¢ tip anyone? –Richards daughter–

I love this place! My son and I decided we wanted burgers for lunch today. My husband recommended we come here(I originally want the habit). When we drove up there was a huge sign that said kids eat free on Mondays. Score! My husband and I both ordered The Bogey with buffalo chips, my kids got a cheeseburger and chicken strips. We also ordered a side of onion rings. Everything was delish! Seriously not one complaint. The kids even got a scoop of ice cream with their meal. That ice cream was super creamy and delish! Service was great too. I’ll definitely be back!

I came here on 8⁄23 after my husband and I purchased a Living Social deal in which I spent $ 10 and received $ 20. I had never been here and truthfully never even hear about it until I saw it on Living Social. I did a little research before buying the deal, and thought by the sound of the reviews that it was worth giving a shot… so I bought 2. I am glad that I did. We got there around 1pm and walked in and were immediately greeted/seated by a really friendly and somewhat perky waitress. My middle child asked me if she was a barbie, lol. Anways she seated us close to the door, to accomodate our car seat. That day I believe they offered the Fonz and the Duke so we both ordered the Duke. My children ordered the fish n chips and hamburger. The Duke was a BBQ bacon burger w/an onion ring, it came with fries AND drink for $ 6.99. Our food didnt take very long to come out, which was a good thing as we were hungry and had restless kids. The food looked really good and was still warm. The burger was cooked just right and had a really good flavor, perhaps it was the BBQ sauce that added to it. Anyways we finished our meal, and the waitress came by and said ‘is it ok for the kids to have their ice cream now’ and I said no that they didnt need it. She told us that the ice cream was free as part of their meal. So naturally I said sure… All in all the meal was very good and when we walked out of there we had spent no more than the $ 20 Living Social deal that we had purchased. I am looking forward to going back to redeem my other deal soon. And unless theres somehting that drastically changes w/service/quality, then I will continue to be a return customer.
