I would never take my kid here worst experience ever. My child was constantly sick. Additionally I was told they did art and other activities but after walking in multiple times and the teachers had the kids watching videos on their phones I was more than annoyed. I asked the teacher what types of activities they did with kids. She said«nothing their babies» my son was 14 months old he could do a lot. I can go on with one horrible experience after another but we would be here for a while.(my son was only there for 3 months). Extremely unsanitary too.

I was very happy with the learning Academy when my son first started the infant room was great Melissa, Alyssa, and Kylie were great! Always doing cute craft’s and keeping you updated on how thing’s are going. The center looks very nice lots of stuff for the kids always clean. It’s when they move the kids as they get older that things go bad. I also experienced the multiple change in teachers problem. They would have up to 19 kids to one teacher in the mornings… when I mentioned this to Laura she laughed and basically called me a liar until I sent her the picture I had taken after noticing this happening multiple times. My son started having very bad behavior problems biting, hitting, pushing due to the amount of mixed age kids. When I mentioned this to Laura she told me my son was always a bad kid! I was in shock… what kind of person says that about a child. My little guy had been at Boingo’s for quite a long time and it broke my heart to change his daycare but when he came home with no pull-up on I was done! LAURA said he must have ripped it off himself there’s no way he could have ripped it off(I could barley rip the sides of them when I would change him) he was wearing lace up shoe’s and button jeans so he obviously Didn’t pull it off and re dress himself at the age of 2 ! On a positive note since I took my son out of boingo’s and placed him elsewhere he hasnt had any more behavior problems he has been doing so much better he can even count to 2o in Spanish and English! He can spell, sign and write his name. He will be 3 in a few days and is now doing better then ever! We also loved teacher August she was great!

My daughter has been attending Boingo’s academy since she was two years old. The staff are great and teacher Jen is by far her favorite. The few concerns that we have had have been addressed by Laura the owner, and our daughter has been very happy. Please stop by and talk to Laura or admissions staff and decide for yourself.

Cynthia is exactly right. We had the same experience. Started off great and after a year or so went completely downhill. You show up one morning and someone you don’t know is there. No introductions, no notification, no communication. We rolled with it as long as we could but it was heartbreaking to watch our child go through the experience of loosing teacher after teacher. We had tears and had to try and explain various reasons why Miss«x» isn’t coming back anymore. Not once were we given any information including any info on the replacement teacher of the day. The last«teacher» we had showed up in trashy tank tops and what almost appeared to be pajama bottoms. When we would drop off our child in the morning she wouldn’t even greet the children — just kind of stood in the corner looking at them all. It got to the point we could no longer leave our child there and feel good about it. I disagree this was typical turnover — moving on to bigger better things– I heard quite a bit of drama behind the scenes. Hopefully they will get their program under control and turn it around because the facilities are nice.
