Bombshell is amazing! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love the way they do my hair. The energy is great and I love to sit down and relax while they make my hair beautiful. I’m so glad we have something like this in Visalia. Great job ladies!

I’ve been to Bombshell many times and I am a fan, I like that I can get in at the last minute and every stylist I’ve had has been very friendly and did a great job on my hair. I think their prices are reasonable. I’m always offered a drink and a smile and they apologize if they’re running late.

I was a loyal member, and enjoyed getting my hair done. Most of the stylists were friendly and great with the hairstyles, but the management team did not «make me happy» according to them. They were correct. Towards the end of my 8 month membership, I was treated terribly, based on a couple of concerns (issues) I was having with the salon in general. Instead of insuring that the issues would be resolved, they shut me out completely. This was 100% unprofessional and I cancelled my membership for it. I had helped with advertising, I always tipped the stylists (even though I had a membership), bought from the boutique, and supported their business and to be treated so badly, is so insensitive. Seriously. Again, this is MY experience and MY review of this salon.
I did learn lots from my time there though. Bought the same styling tools they use, and have been doing my own hair at home. I’m pretty good at it. Saves me time and money. Yes, they are pricey.

Wish I lived closer. I know how Danielle takes care of her customers, and she is awesome !!
