Generally good but depends on the day you go and the inventory. One recent complaint. I bought several shirts and some were a shirt and tie box. Shirt alone was $ 16 and shirt and tie box was $ 22. Ok, fine. But one box had the shirt but no tie. The manager up front said that all she could do was a 10% discount. That means that particular shirt alone would be $ 20 for the shirt in the box with no tie. Not the $ 16 shirt price. I guess I could have gone back and removed a tie from another boxed shirt and put it in the box and it would have been ok. Expected more.

I come here when I am not pressed on time. The cashiers are very slow, and there is virtually no attendant in the fitting room… ever. The sales associates are very friendly. It is well stocked, especially the mens department. The prices, cleanliness and quality is between Ross and Marshall’s. The jr’s department had some very low quality merchandise. The fragrances are very competitively priced.

This store is great… a MUCH better alternative to the other discount stores nearby, even their own store in Fresno. This location has been open for a short time. It is super clean inside, and everything is where it belongs… on racks or shelves. I love the fact that they have discount prices and aren’t trashy, listen up Ross(lol). When you come here, you are likely to find more than just one item. Say for instance you go to a competitor, and you are looking for a dress. While at Ross, Marshalls etc they may have a dress, but only in one size and its not yours, its just the way it works. But here, they will more often than not have the same dress in multiple sizes. Same goes for just about everything else in this store. They have a great selection of home goods, clothing, toys, shoes etc. I recently bought a decorative bed pillow that probably would have cost me $ 20 plus if I had made the purhase at Target etc, and I got it here for $ 6 after tax.(see pic) I like this location, for the reasons stated above, and I dont get all stabby when I come here. Everything is neat and tidy and you arent having to step over, or pick up, items that the previous customer just dumped on the floor. They have many registers and the employees are nice

Worst return policy EVER!!! So I had a friend send me a Pack N Play for my baby shower and I don’t need it. It’s still in the original box and it hasn’t even been opened. They won’t return it unless I have the receipt or the card it was bought on. Well my friend lives 3 hours away and doesn’t have the receipt. So I asked if she sent me a picture of the receipt could they return it then and just put the $ back on her card and they still wouldn’t do it :(So now I am stuck with this $ 100 Pack N Play that I am not gonna use, and my friend is out $ 100 :(SO sad… guess I won’t ever be shopping there. Just remember if you do and it’s for a gift… ALWAYS get a gift receipt or save yours.

I focused on finding snowboard pants, which are in the coat section.(Not in the Pants or Sports Wear sections.) Prices were decent– $ 25-$ 35 for snowboard pants with cargo pockets. However, sizes were very, very limited. The coat section was pretty decent. Some Betsey Johnson, London Fog, a few Columbia jackets. Burlington Coat Factory isn’t as updated as TJ Maxx/Marshalls, but it’s organized and staff is friendly. Cashier will ask for your phone number for some(marketing?) reason. It’s OK to decline.

I love this store! I can’t believe that I purchased a frame for $ 9 when the SAME type of frame was being sold at Hobby Lobby for $ 30! Lots of awesome items. This is the place where I’ll be shopping for Christmas. I loved that it was spacious and the people who work there were nice even if I was probably in a grumpy mood that day because I was in a hurry. The baby section is HUGE! I think Babies R Us should be afraid because the deals were awesome. Like I said, CHRISTMASSHOPPINGHERE!

What a mess. I thought I would go in and check out the new store. What a mess. First the check out line had 50 people waiting to pay, with not many shoppers in the store, other than the line. Second I thought I would check out the restroom. The mens room had a surprise. Human waste smeared on the wall. This is not an example of a top quality store. Third, the quality of merchandise was low. The store is on the line of Marshals, and Ross. The shelves were empty in some areas. I know this was the first week after Grand Opening, but it is not a good idea to have 50 plus people standing in line to pay. I left with nothing in hand. Low quality, dirty restroom and a too long line, make this a store that could have a short stay in Visalia.

I really loved walking into this place! It’s a pretty big store and everything was so clean and nicely organized. The various areas of items were easy to locate, and the prices on things were reasonable. For example, I was able to get 2 thermal undershirts for $ 4 each — not bad, I’d say! They have great brand name items with prices lower than TJMAXX. The staff are also friendly! I’ll be coming to shop here often. =)
