Good Customer Service, Prices are a little high.

I hate that they bring you 4 – 5 things to try on that don’t want! And it takes forever to get a dressing room, then when you’re in it they constantly bug you! Nice clothes here though.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I walked in and asked some young ladys at the cashier about a coupon and they told me I couldn’t use it, later I talked to a manager who said I could. Then there were about 8 csrs around the counter and 10 people in line and only one csr checking people out. My husband came in to pay (left wallet at hone lol) and he told one of the many girls there he was with me and she ROLLED HER EYES at him. He couldn’t believe it! Then at checkout my coupon code doesn’t work and I knew this coupon was out. But they didn’t want to help me or anything. So I left the store. Sad part? Hubby was going to buy shorts he had been looking for. They lost a double sale alllll because of HORRIBLE customer service.
Oh and the store was very crowded with merchandise.
I will not be shopping with Tillys. You lost me as a long time customer.
