Poor customer service here. The store was completely empty with two employees working and neither attempted to help. When I asked for help on a system that they knew I wasn’t going to buy through them I was literally told since I wasn’t giving them any business they wouldn’t help me since«they work for gamestop, not me» funny thing was, I was there to purchase games for the new system and would have been bringing business to them. Terrible customer service not to mention the tone of voice and attitude was just a little too rude and a little over the top. And at a game store and electronics, being informed on the product and providing great customer service are about the only things that you need to do working there. Terrible, terrible place.

Customer service here is ok. Katie K. is probably the most attentive employee. They aren’t always the cleanest store, but you can tell they try. There one of the busiest stores in Visalia so its understandable! Sunday is pretty bad here as well. Try to come on Tuesday instead, its mostly empty then, also if you have trades, best to go in the early morning when they open or before 1 so that you can get in and out quicker.
