The hours weren’t correct. They supposedly closed at 8 but we pulled up at 7pm on a Saturday and they told us they just closed.

I would just like to update and do a follow-up review. I got a medium 24oz iced Mayan Mocha and it’s was $ 5.40, YIKES! The prices don’t match the menu so be careful!

Great coffee but when I was there yesterday the manager and one of the girls working in there(long brunette hair) were both extremely rude. As I was ordering she looked at me blankly like I was stupid and had just an all around dry personality. The blonde girl(I think she’s new?) that made my drink is the only reason I had a good experience/drink.

I prefer this coffee shop over Starbucks and I’m from Washington! Extremely friendly staff and quick service. I can’t wait to try their white milky way(blended). Today, I got the White Berry blended of course(white chocolate raspberry) and it was pretty good. I wish there was a little more raspberry flavor, but it was still quite yummy! They also had this wonderful opportunity for daddys and their daughters to take a picture by the Eiffel Tower display(complimentary) and receive a printed photo afterwards. They even gave my daughter a yummy peanut butter cup treat! I was informed of all of their events that they do at this location like turtle races in the summer time(starts around June) and they also have giant chess pieces to play on their giant floor-painted chess board outside. They sometimes hold movie nights and other fun things, so check them out! They recently added a small«lock gate» to represent the Pont De L’Archeveche in France, so if you stop by, make sure to bring a lock to add to it!

Caramel frap with chocolate whip cream, 24 ounces, for $ 5.45? Umm, yes please. I’ve had different people help me with ordering coffee here(all of which had awesome people skills), but there was a manager, who was extremely rude with her attitude. The coffee is great, but shouldn’t the manager be amiable towards customers? I was annoyed with her as I left. That’s not how you should leave your customers feeling…

I go to the college across the street and go to this coffee shop at least twice a week and I just wish there was better service here.

I love the actual coffee. The actual location, landscape, the cute life size chess set… the girls who wear the stripes… BUT this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with what seems to be the manager in a light brown/tan shirt… I’ve gone through drive through many times… the girls in Stripes are always so sweet… but our FIRST bad experience was last week… I compelety understand that you don’t have restrooms for public or so that’s what she told me last week, but when I asked she gave such a rude remark and attitude… I ignored it, accepted it and took my 3 yeAr old neXT door to the gas station as she was about to pee herself… then after asking one of the other girls if I can leave my truck for just a minute, she said it was fine, while driving off the manager(braiding someone’s hair outside) suddenly waves me down from inside my sisters car as we were pulling out and tells me I couldn’t leave my truck with the worst attitude ONCEAGAIN… and again, I understand as there isn’t enough parking here… i got off and just left in my vehicle… BUT again, her attitude and lack of professionalism is like none ive seen before… he talks in such a way, as to almost belittle people… this is coming from someone who is a business owner and I would NEVER give my clients such an attitude or speak in such a manner to any person nor would I allow my employees to do it either… WELL since I did love the coffee and cute setting, me and 4 friends wanted to come have coffee together today, and two things happened… my 3 year old daughter was playing with the chess set, ok she comes up and tells me if she«can be gentle because those cost so and so amount» with a terrible attitude, once again… and AGAIN I understand if you felt my kid was being rough I get it, and I took initiative and made her stop touching the set immediatley… but it is the way she talks to people, it literally killed the VIBE of everything in this lil coffee shop. Then I see her allow someone in the restroom, my sister was frustrated and asked her why would she take on such an attitude towards what it seems just us… and reminded her about the restroom last week, she just responded that she cleaned it yesterday so it was suddenly«customer friendly»… she did tell her she was very unprofessional, and needles to say… all our friends were very discouraged as well… we will definitely not be going there again as long as we know this lady is working or continuing to have such a terrible attitude and unprofessional way to speak to people. She literally makes this place look bad. I’m not one to make many reviews, especially bad reviews. This isn’t because of the reasons behind her speaking up, in the interest of the coffee shop… as I understand the reasoning, im not an unfair person nor do i ever feel entitled to have my way… it’s specifically the way she approached us, the manner she spoke to us, and the terrible vibes she has given us, including her facial gestures that made us feel such a negative vibe, like a teenager who gives attitude. Not what an adult should be like, and not a manager or employee at that.

Terrible coffee, coming from someone who consumed approximately 3 cups per day. Went through the drive thru and ordered a single vanilla late. The drink I received was overly sweet and taste about the same as a capuchin from a gas station. Needless to say I was very disappointed. When I order a specialty coffee drink I expect to actually taste the coffee. Definitely not a place I would recommend nor visit again in the future.

I am kicking myself in the butt for not finding this place sooner!!! Ok well that first part is not accurate… I have always know that this place was here, as it is very visible on Mooney Blvd right as you are about to get on the 198 or are just exiting the 198, either way it is highly visible. All the time it is here, I have never given it more than just a passing glance thinking it was just some watered down sub-par wannabe coffee shop. I had originally planned on going to another local coffee place, but since they were closed and after deciding that Starbucks didn’t appeal to me, I decided to give this place a SHOT. I was pleasantly surprised pulling into the lot on how spacious this place is. The drive thru space/coffee shop itself is small, but they have an adorable outside seating space with plenty of trees to provide shade for hot valley days while you sip your beverage and they even have a giant chess board if you are so inclined. What sold me here was the drinks… I am a lover of all things PEANUTBUTTER and when I pulled up, I saw that they had a BUTTERFINGER drink!!! I ordered it blended with whipped cream. The drink base is a Vanilla Latte and then they add in the other flavors. OMG it tastes AMAAAAAAAZING!!! You would swear that you were drinking the real thing!!! I was so happy with my drink, that as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I decided I wanted to try another drink on the menu that I saw… so I put my car in reverse and got back in line, it was that good. The second drink I ordered was a Babe Ruth, blended. It was a Mocha base with caramel ribbon and some other flavors, and it was just as good as the Butterfinger. Oh man, its a tie as to which one is my favorite!!! Both drinks had a really great balance of flavors, they were creamy, not icy, smooth and not bitter. They had the perfect blend of sweetness and the Babe Ruth had a great amount of caramel. The girls working the window were really friendly. At first when I pulled back to the window they thought something was wrong with my first order, lol. They made my drinks really quick and had great customer service skills. Only reason I didn’t give the 5th star was the prices. My Butterfinger drink was over $ 5 and I only got a Medium. Based on the flavors, presentation, ambience and service I give this place a solid 5 stars, just minus 1 for price. I will definitely return and HIGHLY recommend!!!

I got the Mayan coffee today and it is way too sweet! I love sweets and I couldn’t finish this. I had to add water and now it tastes nothing like coffee.

I love it here, the only issue is that they seem to be out of a lot of things the last few visits… Hopefully this is an oversight and not a permanent problem.

Super cute and the woman who helped us was so nice! Extra hearts for having almond milk:) There was a bit of a wait so she gave us complimentary macarons when we made it to the front of the line. All together now — «Awwww!» She also invited us to their movie night which happened to be later that day. I could barely stand the cuteness! I told her we wished we could but we were out-of-towners making our way home. She then told us to come by again. OK, that’s it. I can’t take how freakin’ downright adorable this place is. Wished it was in my hometown! Oh, and the drinks? Tasty.

I enjoyed the coffee at this little cute place. The prices I do not mind because the coffee was good and fresh. I am not a fan of Starbucks, but rather coffee bean. I like the menu selection. I like the large variety of sugar free syrups. The girls who worked this morning were nice and patience. I was nice so they handed me a menu and waited until I choose something I was happy for. One less star because it opens at 6 am. I am not sure about the fruit stands of the little movie thing going on and as far as I can see, no place to sit and relax. I will say many other reviewers think the place is too proxy which in case may be true considering it’s next to a college. In college you go for quick n fast. I

Excellent service and really great coffee. They have almond or soy as milk alternatives. They have lots of specialty drinks and special events that really make this a great little community coffee house. Pass the Starbucks and go here instead!

Their blended drinks(aka frappucinos) are great! But their prices are crazy even compared to Starbucks! I got a large frappucino and it was $ 9.00. That’s a lot for a drink that I can get for $ 5 at Starbucks.

I really like the drinks, and the staff is nice. I have to dock down for the ick factor though. I usually hit the drive thru, but I used the walk-up the other day. After handling my money, the cashier took a straw out of their cup-of-straws, used her money-dirty hand to hold the straw by the end for me to drink out if, and then handed me the drink with the contaminated straw. I’m not terribly sensitive about stuff, but it seems like common sense not to handle money then immediately handle a straw that will go into the drink and right onto the customer’s lips. Sadly, when I went through the drive thru today, I noticed another employee doing the same thing. I’d hoped the one time was just a fluke, but I guess I was wrong. Just kinda grossed out by it now, because I’ve never seen anyone there step away to wash their hands, and I know they handle food.

I stumbled across this coffee shop on my first visit to Visalia in December. I have been a fan ever since. It has a convenient drive through on both sides of the building as well as a walk-up window. They offer a nice selection of coffees and teas as well as snacks and munchies. They adjust some of their menu items to the seasons. I noticed, but didn’t try, some valentine’s specials during February and Irish themed drinks during March. Nice touches as well as the French sayings on the drink lids. The staff are always friendly and quick with their service. I think they are less expensive than the chain coffee place down the street. At least for the drinks I usually get…
