Foods good no problems with anything, I would recommend the sesame bowl very good !!! Customer service could be a lil better but still great food the manager is a good guy

First time eating at this place and I won’t be back. I ordered the teriyaki beef combination plate and my beef was inedible. It was so dry. It tasted like teriyaki beef jerky. While eating my boyfriend noticed that the girl working the front counter served one of the cooks a beer from the tap. This happened Friday, 06÷10÷16 at 8:10 — 8:15 p.m. If the owner is reading this, I would probably check your cameras. Also, the dining experience here is terrible because the whole time your eating all you can hear is the workers loudly talking in the back. Very rude and very unprofessional place. Food is terrible and I will not be coming back to this location.

My fiancé and I have been going here for several years now. We always order the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and it’s always good. For a hole in the wall, this Japanese place is satisfactory. The customer service is good, they make sure you have everything you need and they’re friendly.

I love the food here as long as it comes in a bowl. Anything else that comes outside of a bowl do not order! Although the restaurant is in a new shopping center be warn they have cockroaches in the restaurant. We ate here for lunch and saw cockroaches climbing the wall next to us. Two of my coworkers now refuse to eat here.

I have been here many other times. Their choice in employees has changed, in a bad way. This day it was Erica, working the cash register. She obviously hates working there. She silently took my money. I picked up my bag. I gave her the opportunity to say thank you, until I got to the door. I the asked why they do not say thank you… she responded with «thank you?» Management needs to take a hard look at who they are hiring. Their food is even going down hill.

Customer service here is really bad. They act like you’re an inconvenience. And when you order a shrimp rice bowl or shrimp soup you get 1 piece of shrimp. A little ridiculous. Sorry but I won’t be spending my money here again.

So tried them again, for sure this time I am never coming back. For the owner you need to come to your restaurant and clean house, get people who want to work there and prepare food that you would like to eat yourself. This crap that your serving now is just that, CRAP.

My favorite thing here is the spicy chicken bowl. It’s nice for a quick dinner. Not too spicy but not just any normal teriyaki chicken bowl. It’s awesome!

There chicken rice bowls may be great but NEVER order spicy tuna roll!!! Its cooked tuna and all rice!!! Just horrible I took one bite and it was too grossed out to finish it… So bad

My daughters and I all ordered the chicken bowl for dinner before a school event. There were pieces of bone in the chicken, as well as fat. I lost my appetite right then and there. I ate a piece of the California Roll, and was disappointed as well. It tasted old… Service was ok, but nothing to write home about. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Love the food here but I recently ordered ahead and went to pick it up during my lunch hour while running errands. I came in and there was a very long line and I was told I had to wait even though I ordered ahead… something is wrong. I couldn’t wait so I canceled my order. I wish they would ring up to go orders fist that way people will call in and their service will be faster.

I love the chicken bowl here as well as the chicken salad and cucumber salad. What I don’t like is that every time I order a spicy chicken salad I’m given a regular teriyaki sauce. EVERY TIME. Not once or twice but every time I’ve gone in. I work in a restaurant and I know mistakes happen but really? Like 10 times? Not only that but once I called to tell them after I had picked up and to go order that they didn’t give me a spicy teriyaki sauce and the girl asked «what do you what me to do about it?» Terrible girls that work there with terrible attitudes

I’ve loved Masaru’s since I was little and would go to the location in Mary’s Vineyard. The last few times I’ve been to Masaru’s I’ve gone to the goshen location. The food is still good… But the girls who work there are some of the worst employees I’ve witnessed. When ordering they act like you’re really annoying them and you’re a total inconvenience. God forbid you ask for a side of Teriyaki sauce! The eye rolls and the sighs are a little over the top.
I get it… you hate your job. But guess what? It’s not my fault, I’m just here to order lunch.

I live right across the street from this but will drive 20 min to Ben Maddox location girl here is so rude she needs to be fired obviously she hates her job, the food is great totally recommend but not at this location

The girl who answered the phone was difficult to understand and became rude when I said «excuse me?» and asked her to repeat herself.
We usually love the food here and am looking forward to eating it! Love their chicken salads and chicken and rice bowls. Great food!

Food is very good but customer service is horrible. What happened to too customer service??? If you ask for something extra the charge you and throw on the counter… no. They don’t say hi, thank you or bye!

I love Masaru’s for a fast Japanese style meal. Usually I go with a chicken rice bowl or a chicken salad, both satisfy my taste buds.
When the weather starts cooling down, like today, I order a udon bowl. The noodles are tasty and and there’s a lot to eat.
For $ 6 you can’t go wrong.
