Sooooooooooooo annoyingly slow!!! What the heck!!! We came for just sundaes. And after waiting so long at the drive thru, their ice cream machine is not working… oh, but they have shakes and smoothies! Un, ok. So we got 2 smoothies and 2 drink. Waited about 10. Wtf!!!

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The kitchen is a mess, the tables are caked in dirt and old ketchup, and the soda machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. And the staff? Most of them are immature and rude. I’d much rather go to the McDonald’s on Demaree, that one is clean and the staff is wonderful. I won’t be returning here !

This place is so slow!!!
I ordered a small order of fries and a large Diet Coke. My drink had no gas and the fries were not fully cooked.
I complained to the worker, and no I’m sorry just took my drink and fries and walked away.
Their service sucks, food sucks, and this location is filthy.

Worst McDonalds my order was very simple Large Coke and small fries. How can you mess up this order apparently that is the simple part, Dr. Pepper instead of Coke and barely warm fries. McDonalds has the best Coke and fries but not this one.

The wait at this location is inexplicably long, even if you’re the only one there so early. Every time I take the chance here, its ridiculous. I ordered egg white delight muffin, drove to work just in time to eat it, unwrapped it and its missing the egg. Just cheese, ham and muffin, and the cheese had specks and an eyelash on it. Dropped on floor? Turned my stomach so I threw it away.

Slow rude un apologetic incompetent and that’s just the managers. the worst McDonald’s ever and that really sucks cause they have a great location just worthless management… I have witnessed much busier locations work 10 times better with half the staff…

This McDonald’s is the slowest place on earth. It does not matter what time it is or day of the week, you will be there for an unexplained length of time.
This suppose to be fast food but yet you will still get cold fries and warm burgers.
Staff appear to be just going through the motions without emotion and collecting a paycheck.
I need to start going to other fast food establishments to buy burgers for my dog.

2:15 p.m. where to begin… dirty restroom, lacking supplies as well. Moved to 4 different tables trying to find a clean one that did not have a puddle of soda under it. Sticky floor throughout the restaurant. We had to clean the bottom of our shoes before we came into our home. Floor had debris as well. While I waited with my grandson for our food, several older male teens were gathering at a nearby table. It became apparent that they worked there and they came for their paychecks. A worker in uniform joined them and proceeded to drop several f-​bombs about how he felt about working there. Talk how you want in private, but in public and in uniform makes you are the face of the business. I looked around this dirty Mc Donalds and decided that since I live within a few miles I was going take my grandson to the clean, safe comfort of my home. I talked to the manager as she placed our order in a bag. No reaction! Just «ok, have a nice day.» I guess she has no regard for her employment, or moral is very poor there overall.

I showed up 10 minutes before 11pm and they had already locked up. Then they let us in «cause they felt bad». Then we stood in line for 5 minutes without being helped. We walked out. After we left someone else went in and we saw them take his order. So then we went back inside to order. But they still avoided us and didn’t take our order. TERRIBLE SERVICE at least have the guts to say you’re not going to take our order. The manager workings name was Jorge

So there’s no surprise at this McDonald’s is truly a one star maybe a negative couple stars

There’s a sign that says breakfast is 5 – 10:30am I waited in line it was 10:50 and the lady working said «We’re still serving breakfast.»

food prepared very sloppy, i ask for my food to be made a certain way and nope they can’t even do that.

This mcdonalds is horrible! We waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes then when we got to the window after we paid they asked for our receipt to see what we ordered. The. To top it off they made our drinks wrong. Pay attention to what you are doing!

Honestly the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. 10 minutes in the drive thru and still haven’t ordered. Entire trip through took 20 minutes.

This location is filthy and that should be all you need to know.
However, I like writing. If you enjoy reading, here is a more in depth review:
Let’s face it, if you go to McDonald’s for the food you either have small children or are mentally unstable.
I frequent our many McDonald’s locations in Visalia to purchase carbonated sugar in a styrofoam cup. I expect nothing more than to receive my item in a healthy amount of time and pay no more than $ 1.00 and some change.
As a result of their brilliant marketing, McDonald’s has convinced the general public of two fallacies:
1. They’re cheap.
2. They’re fast.
Because of fallacy number 2, I regularly order my carbonated sugar inside the store rather than wait behind bus-​fulls of screaming children who are mysteriously excited to eat a flabby amalgamation of preservatives and sugar (not judging).
Today, I went inside the McDonald’s location on Mooney and Caldwell and was greeted by smashed French Fries on the floor, soda residue on most surfaces in sight, and not a single clean booth. It was offensive. I felt completely uncomfortable even standing in line.
On top of all of that, the soda comes out of the fountain at a rather warm temperature, rendering anything less than a full cup of ice useless.
Avoid at all costs.
