please avoid dinning at this location on acequia avenue. the food quality has declined dramaticaly since the new owner took it over in 2011. the owner her self has no personality and is plain rude all three times we gave given this quiznos another chance. today we called to finally complain about the food quality today’s particular experience and the owner responded by saying that no one else complains about the french dip or the au jus and i am not sure what you want me to do now, and hung up. this is a franchise and you can definitely tell that she cuts corners just to get by

If I could put no star I would. The service was terrible, the food was horrible, and I couldn’t get a replacement for my sandwich. Avoid!

I have eaten at this location for a few years now and have always had a good experience. It’s located close to the Cinema and the downtown area. The food is good and the service is above average. I have tried different menu items and most have been very good. I would recommend this location if you want a great place to eat lunch in the downtown area.

Today I ordered a black angus sandwich and when I bit into it I didn’t know it came with a spicy sauce and a very sweet sauce. Had I known they put sauces on it, I would’ve told them to leave it off. No where on their selection board did it mention sauce. I took the sandwich back and wanted another sandwich made but the manager said «the meat is too expensive so she couldn’t make me another one but she would if I paid for it». A reputable establishment would have gladly replaced my meal with no charge. I will never return to quiznos again.

4 dolla… 4 dolla torpedooo!
I tried the torpedo for the first time today, and the ciabatta bread was yummo. The sammie was the perfect size.
This Quizno’s is conveniently located right behind the Marriott. I grab a sammie or salad when I want to eat light. This place doesn’t seem to get much traffic, so you’re in and out within 5 minutes.
