My car window was broken into and I took it here the very next day. He ordered the part, and told me it would take 2 – 3 days for it to come in. It came in the next day. It was a pretty good price, and quick replacement.

I took my car in to have a radiator hose changed, this was on a thursday and i was told it could be fixed by monday afternoon as they had to order the part. on monday i was told that the parts had not shipped as it was columbus day. I called the parts house and found out that the part had not been ordered until friday night and that it was not an overnight order(which wouldve have made my vehicle available on monday). finally i was called on tuesday to say that my vehicle was ready and was quoted by the mechanic around $ 120. i told him i would not be able to pick up my car until after 5 and he said they were open until 9. When i called after work to get an exact amount they quoted a different price with some random charge for an extra $ 110. when the arguement got heated over this random, undiscussed charge the service agent provided a very unfriendly«F@#$ you» and hung up on me. mind you i never resorted to profanity. He then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone for a good hour after the phone call. After speaking with SHELL corporate they concluded that it was a privately owned service company that they have no control over and that the overcharge was a «diagnostic fee». a fee that was never discussed nor approved by me. The name of the attendant was KEITH. I have yet to resolve this issue but will be posting it on all feedback sites. THEYARE A SHADYSERVICESTATION!!! DONOTTAKEYOURBUSINESSTHERE!!! still shady
