I agree with Marisa O. I called today 18DEC2014 @ 1220 of course the person on the phone in the store will not tell you their name. That just seams how this store does business. I have had this problem before and it keeps going. Sprint has gone as far to tell me their district manager would get involved but they don’t. I really don’t think they care. I know in business it is about the bottom line but when you treat your customers with disregard for their needs then your going to find out self out of business. My new problem, I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note II and called to use the insurance that I pay for. Well come to find out instead of repairing your, phone you get a refurbished telephone. So instead of fixing the glass on a good phone I will get someone else unused phone. I like Sprint, I really do. The plan I have is awesome but my issue is with customer service, it is terrible. Why would you buy insurance on something and not use it when you need it? Isn’t that the whole purpose of insurance? So I am going to have to go else were to get my phone repaired because Sprint will not do. I think at the end of 2015 when my contract is up I am going to cancel my contract with Sprint and find someone else. However if Sprint wants to redeem them self, which I doubt. I want my phone repaired not a refurbished. If the district manager wants to contact me my telephone number is 619−723−2424

They deserve no stars. First, I pay extra a month for insurance I called and they told me to call insurion I payed 200 deposit twice for two phones, later I found out this all could have been free when I talked to the quality consultants in Hanford. Later, I go to update my 2 year plan and they tell me I have to go to Walmart because I would have to switch to the framily line paying 30 dollars more per phone. Or order online. I’m taking my business to Hanford. This store is tacky, cheap, unprofessional, VERYRUDE and will never receive my business again.

So it was time for an upgrade on my phone, so I paid a visit to the Sprint store. I showed up shortly after they opened since I already knew it is a busy store and pleasantly there was only another person there. I like how they greet you and ask for you name so they can call you if you by your name if theres a wait instead of having you take a number, makes it feel more personal I suppose. Anyways, the service was great and they were paitient with my indecisiveness. It is a business so they try to sell to make money, but they don’t agressively push you onto buying extra accessories or gadgets that you might not need or could find them cheaper else where. I’m happy I decided to go to this store instead a kiost at a mall, worth the drive.

I have recently taken my phone to the sprint store in Visalia off of mooney blvd. During this visit i was called to travel 20 minutes out of my way to pic my phone up and when i arrived they told me it wasn’t ready when i had recieved a call saying it was. when i returned 7 hours after dropping it off they tried to give me someone elses phone. When she finally found my phone about 15 minutes later i found that they had completely erased everything on my phone. I would not ever take my phone back to this store. By the was, this is not the 1st time i’ve had a problem with this exact store!!!
