The Jade Restaurant

We just ate here. The beef was all grizzly and fat. We told manager we could not eat it. He said there is nothing they can do. He brought us steak knives but still could not cut it. We ate the mushrooms. Honey walnut prawns ok. Very dissatisfied.

Delicious, good price and service was phenomenal.
Felt the love here, no negative verbs, nouns and adjectives for this establishment. I was on the area because of my job and I was craving for Dim Sum and I was pleased.
If I had a choice (if given) to ask for a last meal would be Dim Sum, steam buns are a gift from the gods.
Restroom was clean also, that was a plus.
Nice clean and well lit restaurant and the service from the female waitress priceless. She made me feel like a great customer and made sure I had everything to have a good experience. She deserves a tip and more, thanks to whoever you are (didn’t ask for name).
Will return in time for the entrée’s and go deeper into the menu. The restaurant is located by Winco, if you have trouble looking for it. It’s worth every dollar.

The flower soup was exquisite exactly what we needed. I haven’t been feeling well for the past few days and it really helped me get better. Also the hostess Haley gave great service. Do yourself a favor check this place out it’s perfect

Never again.
I have absolutely no idea how this place has four and a half stars. I did not have the experience that the other reviewers did. The 2 stars is specifically for price/​portion and the pineapple chicken with fried rice. Walking in this place you would not guess it was a chinese restaurant. Very modern and open on the inside. Giant flat screen on the wall that was playing the news. Our table was dirty… there was dried food on it and the salt and pepper were covered in an unidentifiable sticky substance (this should’ve been our first clue). The service was terrible.
