7-Eleven

I wish that I could put –100 stars. These guys are dumb asses in here. I get it that they only allowed $ 10 cashback, but I needed 20. So I attempted to make two separate transactions, they refused. Are you serious? I’m buying something else from your goddamn store idiot. The owner is a complete jack-​ass, and the register guy is borderline retarded. Typical though, all these imported assholes, that have come to America to enjoy the fruits of our fathers labor, don’t know a damn thing about customer service. It’s all about making the $$ and sending it back to the Middle East to fund more terrorism. I won’t ever go here again.

I had a horrible experience here. My 60 year old mother, who is the sweetest woman in the world, was stressed because her son is in the hospital. So she accidentally spilled her coffee outside after she bought it and she was asking to get another, and the man who works there was being really mean to her. He kept saying she was ridiculous and that he just got the cement cleaned outside (which still looked nasty) and when he was throwing water on the ground she kept apologizing and he was just shaking his head and scoffing at her. I told him to get over it, because that’s his job and he started coming toward me saying «what did you just say?» in a very threatening way. I’m a 19 year old girl. Then my brother got between us and the man was threatening him, and saying he was going to tell his son about this. What is that supposed to mean? I have worked in customer service plenty and had to clean up plenty of people messes. Accidents happen. This is not how you treat customers. And by the way, we told him that my brother is in the hospital and he was just more rude after that. I think he was the manager, but I’m not sure. He was bald and had an accent. My mother was crying after this. This man deserves to lose his job.

I don’t go here too often, but it is nice and there is a lot of selection.

This is by far the best 7-​eleven I’ve ever been to. It’s always clean; it’s the cleanest out of any other branch that I’ve been to in my life. The shelves are always fully stocked, coffee is always hot and fresh and the customer service is impeccable. I usually go in the evenings and an employee named Miguel works around those times. He is always friendly and welcoming. I live in Los Angeles and when I visit the Vista area, that is the ONLY 7-​eleven I will go to. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, organized and friendly environment when stopping for gas or shopping for snacks and beverages. :)

I visit this 7-​Eleven almost every morning. On colder mornings, I enjoy whatever new cappuccino flavor of the week/​month they have and on warmer mornings, I enjoy their new iced coffee. This 7-​Eleven stuck out enough for me to write a review because their morning staff is the best. Everyone that works mornings is very friendly, remembers regulars and they always have a smile on their face! Great staff, clean store & always fully stocked.
The RJR rep is doing a lot better at keeping up with signage and promotions!
