San Diego Smashburger! That’s all I have to say!
They definitely know what they are doing with this whole smashing of the burger thing, I figured each time they «smash» this burger would push out all of the juices and flavor but man was it great!
The haystack onion rings are pretty bomb to put on your burger! But otherwise they are pretty amazing!
The staff at this location is very attentive to the small details and keep the place clean.

The blonde female cashier at noon on 2⁄14 was very friendly, loved her recommendation on the chicken avacado club. Definitely helps to blend the flavor better because the bacon has a very overpowering taste over the chicken. Very delicious, everyone was very kind. Generally clean area, enjoyed my experience. Will definitely come back! And I agree I got a little confused it was a game stop hehe.

So we were hungry. Our spontaneous trip consisted of a smash burger and grilled chicken burger. Both were great but nothing life changing.
There is a new tech lounge which could be better styled. It does have an outlet which was there only thought process in moving tables in the narrow dark side of the room that used to be there line… Not sure about it.
Only concern was their water tastes musty and funky. I traditionally so not get a soda so have a great source of water is really important regardless of the place.

Smash Burger has among the top burgers anywhere. The prices can add up substantially with the sides and drinks, but the food is always delicious and the service good to excellent. The rosemary flavoring in Smash Fries is a unique but great addition to french fries.

As a recent transplant from the east coast– I’ve been told to look forward to In N Out Burger. It’s good– it’s fast food. But for a little more money– have a burger that is INSANELY amazing– so juicy, they have great flavored fries. I’ve eaten here a couple time after my Target run– consistently delicious.

The burger was good, but the place seems understaffed and dirty. Tables were dirty, the chair was ripped, and the girl that was taking the order kept walking away to give other customers their food (she also cut me off to get herself a drink in front of me). For as much as the food costs, I would expect a little better service and cleaner restaurant. Don’t think I will be back

Great location that handles the busy lunch rush well when we were here awhile ago.
The service is great, they hired a good staff. The place is clean and well kept, plenty of seating.
Love their salads as well as veggie burger and veggie fries.
Kids meal is generous and my husband loved his burger as well.
Prices are fair, so are portions and the quality is good too.
Glad we stopped in, fantastic lunch!

Food is good but the idiots can’t fix their blinds. This is the third time we went there in as many months. Each time the blinds that block out the afternoon/​evening sun have been «broken». May sound small and petty, but only a fraction of the sits in the restaurant are situated such that you aren’t staring directly into the sun. As I said, the food is good, but the ambiance has something to be desired.

I would start firing people here. Taking forever for food, dirty tables/​seats, cooks need training on proper food handling techniques — the burger was good though, small, but pretty good.

I have a dietary restriction right now where I can’t eat sugar and so I was a big pain and asked what dressings they have that don’t have sugar. Unfortunately all of them have corn syrup or sugar of some kind, even the horseradish sauce. So I enjoyed my classic chicken Cobb salad with hot sauce. The employee, Kristi really helped out and was considerate. I would ask Smash Burger, which I think is a great premium burger place, to consider offering a simple oil and vinegar option or a dressing without sugar, it’s unnecessary.

Always great burgers, fries and service! Ishmael and Miguel are always super friendly and come check to see if we need anything. The food always comes out hot and is consistently delicious! I love the skinny fries and the burgers are super flavorful. Thanks Ishmael and Miguel for another great lunch!

Decided to try this burger experience in sunny California. They had a significant water leak coming from under the counter where you order. It was identified. I ordered a create your own regular burger with ranch, grilled onions, sharp cheddar, and sliced avocados on a tolera bun. Received the meal in a very timely fashion. On to the bite… oh yeah to damped the mood this little girl of maybe 2 was running all over the restaurant coughing like a seal and the parents couldn’t be bothered to… duh parent! Okay on to the burger (picture attached); very disappointed. I understand now why I got the burger so fast. It tasted very greasy. The table was wobbly.

My boyfriend and I visit this location whenever we can. We absolutely love the burgers and the fries are superb. The food comes out fairly quickly, but not so quick that you don’t think it’s fresh! The service is always good. The burgers are out of this world. They are perfectly seasoned and they are the perfect amount for a meal. We love them so much we wish they catered. If you haven’t tried them, you absolutely need to.

First of all they are understaffed so the lady that helped me take the order was too tired to greet me and the rest of the customers properly. My order totaled up to $ 15 for one of their specialty burger, fries and a shake. I said to myself, that if I’m going to spend $ 15 for a burger, fries and shake that it better be something special and as I came down to my last bite trying to figure out what is special about their food, I came down to a conclusion that the fact I had to think about what is special about it means there’s nothing special about it. It is not worth over $ 10 for their burger. Just go to In’ N’ Out.

Just wanted to give credit where it’s due.
Today we visited this location with some of our special needs students. We were greeted immediately and genuinely upon entering the restaurant. The manager was quick to point out the: student meal deal” for $ 7,99, of which many of us took advantage. Our food arrived hot and in a very timely manner, considering they were all freshly cooked. Also, one of our students ordered a salad that turned out to be too spicy, When I explained our conundrum, he offered to make a replacement and to leave out the jalapenos but put the dressing on the side. Pretty cool, he didn’t have to do that. The staff checked on us numerous times and made us feel great. The food was excellent, as usual. Had never tried the rosemary fries before and… they were amazing!

Gave it one final try. I ordered a custom burger and they completely messed up my order, which was for take out. I didn’t open it until I got home and I realized my order was wrong. I was too tired to drive back to the store, so I didn’t.
I called the next day to have them make me my right order, and the manager did not believe me. He insisted that I bring the receipt, which they never gave me. And he kept saying lots of people lie about this to get free meals.
So not only did they ruin my overpriced meal, they also never fixed it and they implied that I was making it all up to get a free meal. Don’t flatter yourself, sir.

For those of us who want a more gourmet burger experience, Smashburger has stepped it up with multiple bun options, toppings like grilled mushrooms and onions, avocado, jalapeños, pattie options including traditional, chicken, or black bean, sauces, and sweet potato fries or garlic Rosemary fries. You can still get your basic burger and fries or customize your socks off until you have created a burger masterpiece. Either way it is nice to have options. They also have beer and shakes– something for everyone!

Cold fries and bad shake.
Took a long time to get the order. Burger was good fries were cold and the shake was watery. Overall not happy with the experience. Won’t be back.
