Jack in the Box

Just got a chicken fajita pita here. I had to throw most of it away because it tasted like mold. I really hope it was just the bread and not the chicken! I’ve had the chicken pitas before at the jack in the box in Oceanside and they were always pretty good. It sucks because I had been craving jack in the box for a long time (mostly the curly fries) and was looking forward to one night of junk food. I have a bad feeling I am going to get sick in the next few hours! :(

Just went during the lunch rush and was so shocked by how long the line was. I only had 30 minutes to order and wait in line to make it back to work on time. I went anyway. i used to work at McDonalds’s so I know what goes on back there. I am so happy to see employees actually caring about time, effectiveness, and fresh food. Alan who was at the window was amazing. Funny and gave amazing customer service. This Jack has really changed since the last time I was here. That line moved so fast and the food was fresh. Way to go!

No sauce means no bacon on a bacon burger I guess.
And these people think they deserve 15 $+hr lol

Nothing worse than getting home and finding that they forgot part of your order. Though I live two minutes from this restaurant, I probably won’t be back.

This is by far my favorite jack in the box. Clean, occasionally has the ordering kiosk up and makes it feel less like fast food and more of a burger joint.

I went to this location last night i ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and i asked for no onions and the burger was filled with onions. lettuce was wilted and the french fries was mixed with curly fries and regular fries. plus there were no napkins

The staff there are great. I even complimented the manager on it.

Yummy yummy fast food. Never had a problem here. Come to think of it no Jack in the Box has ever got my drive thru order wrong.

I’ve only been here a few times, but this Jack in the Box is definitely better than any around my home. The place is always as clean as it can be, the employees have always been extremely nice and fast. The food, oh man, this is seriously the only Jack in the Box where my burger has been stacked nicely and everything about it just looks like the actual picture, I was really surprised. Usually in any other Jack I expect my burger to be stacked with like one patty hanging off the side and one being centered. I would say they were just on their game today but this has always been the case every time I’ve visited. Great fast food place, I recommend checking this one out if fast food burgers is your kind of thing.

So this place is just like any other average Jack in the Box – you know what you’re getting, and this place never lacks. It’s always clean, the employees are SUPER friendly and efficient, and their food is always hot and fresh. The drive through goes really fast, they have never got my order wrong, and the inside is super clean and has lots of seating.

Really great Jack in the Box. I go here almost every morning for my regular – a Large Diet Dr. Pepper. I’ve always been greeted with a smile & every time have been told to have a good day. When I do manage to order food it’s piping hot.
Very clean inside, although the majority of the time I hit the drive thru. They even have one of those freestyle Coke machines which I love.

Jack in the Box is pretty much everything I want from a fast food chain.

This place saved our lives on our on way back from Coachella 2010. We were EXHAUSTED, STARVING and craving some good fast food, and Jack in the Box delivered! We devoured our food like monsters.

Alright… You know me and reviewing chain locations… but this is one of the regular stops for lunch. Two tacos with tomato and a jumbo jack, no sauce please!
This Jack in the Crack is deep inside the business/​industrial area of Carlsbad/​Vista so it does get pretty packed at lunch, however they always seem to keep the line moving and always greet you with a smile… Best I can as for along with my two tacos for $.99!

So I ended up stopping by since I needed dinner before my BOD meeting. It just so happened that my meeting fell on the same day that JIB was offering their free tacos!!! WHOO HOOO!
This is a newer JIB and is conveniently located about a half mile south of the 78/​Sycamore exit in the Stater Bros shopping center. Did drive thru and the line was moving quickly and efficiently given the promo.
I ate my tacos before my meeting and I was disappointed that the tacos were cold and the taco shells were stale. I’m a JIB and a JIB taco fan, but this was NOT good.
Later, Andy H. texted me since he also stopped by this location to inform me that the JIB tacos were pre-​made because of the promo. BOOOO!!!
***This encounter will not prevent me from future visits here, however. I’m a fan of JIB, and if in the area and in need of a JIB fix, would still come here.
