Great service and great food. Puebla food rocks! We bought carne asada burrito, AL pastor sandwich, Carne Asada sandwich, adobada burrito and horchata. The horchata has pecans in it. Never had it that way but still really good. House made bread baked in house for a little restaurant that’s unheard of!!! Carne Asada was crispy and flavorful.

Delicious! Milanesa de Pollo is amazing! Great flavors and quality ingredients. Smokey flavored chipotle pepper inside of the top bread. Great service and a family owned restaurant. Agua frescas are top notch in quality as well. The Jamica is perfectly prepared and not overly sweet or tart. I will be visiting a lot more in the near future!

The worst food ever! I order like 8 meals for me and my employees! The bread was cold the meat was over cook, not flavor at all. Cheese is extra charge! A lot more $$$ the only think deserves a star is the service(poco bueno)

Delicious Tortas, Friendly service, Best Horchata in town! …If you are not familiar with«papalo» get it on the side, it has a pretty strong flavor.

Today was the first time I had a cemita and it was PERFECTION. The prices are great and the food was excellent. I had the milanesa de res and the flavors were great. The chipotle they use is spicy and I loved it. Our servers were extremely nice and helped us with any questions we had. I also ordered fries and they were crispy just the way I like them. I will definitely come back ASAP!

Super good cemitas… I been here twice I never knew what a cemitas was I just stumble my way in and boy this place is good. The adobada cemitas is the bomb, the flavor of the meat is fresh and the cheese and avocado is soo good. I came with my wife it made our day. Customer service was great too. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I will come here at least once a month !!! :)

This could be one of the newest underrated places in Vista that I’ve recently discovered. Was in the area at the Oaxacan Market and saw this place. I tried a cemita with al pastor. It was fresh, flavorful, and overall a simple yet beautiful put together lunch meal. The homemade horchata is flavorful and thick; very similar to some Salvadorian versions I’ve tasted. I’ve been here 2 times in the last 3 days, will be back much more. No questions… 5 Stars

Recently tried this place out again, did not go for the Cemitas, but to try the tacos poblanos, since everyone I knew was raving about them, and they where great BOMB! Spicy but really good, also the water de horchata was very good, it had little pieces of pecans in it. Will go back for this tacos!

We were looking for a place to eat n came across this joint. We gave it a try. i order the milanesa de pollo(breaded chicken) with chipotle sauce which it’s hot but thats how i like it. wife order the cubana. we were waiting for our order n i was reading the reviews which they are all mix reviews. They didnt have papalo today it seems they ran out or something which i didnt mind. if you know what papalo is then u know its very strong. i suggest u tell them to serve it on the side for those who have never try it. It can leave a strong taste on your mouth n probably kill your taste buds. We all have different taste buds but i recomend to give it a try. This are not your typical«torta“its something different that you might like. The homemade orchata has to be one of the best that i have try. i will definitely comeback.

I went to this place on a whim after stopping by the bicycle place next door. The cemitas that they serve are a regional version of a torta. I ordered a cemita and an horchata, both of which were fresh and delicious. The horchata was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was homemade(a rarity) with excellent flavor, topped with bits of cantaloupe and pecans. The sandwich was like nothing I’ve ever had before, mild and flavorful. The papalo leaf that was on it was intense, but I enjoyed the experience. If you’re looking for Mexican food different from the typical variety found in San Diego county, try this place!

Been here once and they sell Puebla’s(mexico state) traditional sandwiches. They have different types of them. The one i picked had a green leaf called«Pápalo«in Spanish which is a strong flavor leaf. I just wished they told us it had it because it ruined our experience, had that flavor in my mouth all day long until we got home. Also they seem pretty expensive.
