My daughter has been in Nippon sports since the age of 5 ½ years old. She has accomplished so much. the confidence and discipline that she has is to a greater level now. unfortunately we had to move but she was on her Red belt at age 9 when we left. she wishes to be back there again soon. Shihan Hector taughter her very well and has the patience that every instructor needs also great communication skills with parents as well as the students. thank you shihan Hector for everything.

I trained at Nippon Sports Center from age 6 – 11 and in that time I gained experiences and learned lessons that last a life time. I joined to learn Karate-​Do and self defense. Shihan Hector goes above and beyond by weaving in lessons such as patience, confidence, self discipline, and respect. These lessons are vital for establishing good character and are not typically taught in school. I greatly appreciate the time and lessons I spent learning Karate– Do and highly recommend it for any age.
