Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I was in a state of panic when I called, sure my house was being eaten away by termites. My technician Kurt arrived promptly and was wonderful to work with. He explained about the life cycle of the pest, assessed my need for treatment by inspecting my property including climbing in my attic, went over in detail the treatment options and then recommended that we take a wait and see approach. He could easily have sold me expensive services I didn’t need, but instead gave me an honest appraisal. And with that, Innovative Pest Solutions earned a customer for life. In the future, should my termite problem return, I will not hesitate to call them to provide treatment. 5 stars.

Watched an employee open his window and dump his fast food waste out of his company-​van window. Unacceptable. Abhorrent behavior. When I called they did not care. Absolutely horrible.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful, professional and knowledgeable this company is!
I met the owner’s wife Kathy at Target while shopping. Talk about luck! She was having a conversation with another gentleman who was shopping about their business and how she could help him with his pest issues. Once she was done chatting with him I introduced myself. We just started up a vacation rental in Carlsbad and the place had been taken over by spiders.
I bought a Unilocal voucher for Countrywide Pest Pro’s and called them to set up an appointment but no one ever called me back. I understand Pest control companies are operating at max capacity during the summer (and their voicemail even mentioned that) but a call back would at least have been nice (even if it was to let me know they were swamped)… especially since I bought a voucher on Unilocal.That is not good customer service in my opinion.
I chatted with Kathy about the services they offer and she took my cell number and within a half hour their north country representative Aaron called me to set up and appointment! I also told her about how I needed to get a refund from Unilocal for the voucher I will no longer be using and she asked me how much it was for. I told her it is valued at $ 50 and without even batting an eye she said «Then we will honor it». I tried to talk her out of it but she would not budge! WHAT GENEROSITY! That’s how you run a business and KEEP a customer!
Normally they don’t make house calls on Saturdays but Kathy explained to Aaron we needed someone in quick since we had renters coming the following Thursday. Aaron was incredibly professional, courteous, and just all around awesome to deal with. He is so knowledgeable about any and all types of pests from gophers to termites. You can tell he has been in the business for quite some time. When he came to our rental he educated me and my aunt about the types of spiders and other pests that are on our property and ways we can help to minimize their appearance in between treatments. He removed tons of spider webs before spraying which really improved the appearance of our patio.
Their prices and inspection fees are also very reasonable.
You can tell this business has incredible values and hires quality employees! Happy employees means they have a great boss. They are family owned and operated which I love as well. I will be referring ANYONE and everyone who needs pest control assistance to these guys.
I am so incredibly happy and feel so relieved they will be taking care of us from here on out.

This company is a stand up company with years of experience taking care of pesky invaders! highly recommend them!
