I came into the metro pcs store or the phone waiting for it to get activated leave the store and its defective and doesn’t work. I come back to the store and explain to the lady that the phone doesn’t work and she’s like oh sorry you have to wait for these other people that I’m helping. So now not only did they sell off the defective phone it doesn’t work now I have to wait for some other customers to get them before I can get my phone to work. This store is a joke do not waste your time go to any other location

Well organized.
Extremely helpful.
Well stocked.
Want to safe some chedda on single lines, metro is the way to go. considering they share the same network or piggy back off of tmob’s network, not too shabby.
i do wish the phone selection is better.
