I highly recommend Quality Lock & Safe to anyone who is looking to resolve any lock or key trouble situation and emergency.
I broke up with a live in boyfriend that moved out and didn’t returned my house keys, even after I requested he do so. Every time I left the house, I feared he would come by, let himself in and violate my space. I was afraid and felt vulnerable that he could come at any time without me knowing. I told my good friend about my situation, and she recommended Quality Lock & Safe to help change the locks of my home. They came on a Saturday, when they are closed, and within an hour they had changed out the locks of my house and mailbox and given me new keys with spares. AMAZING! What was even more surprising, was that it was the owner himself who had come to change the locks. WOW! Thank you so much for the high quality professional work you did and giving me back my sense of security.

Makes sense there aren’t any reviews for this company yet. They were recommended to us by BayAlarm, so we trusted them but our experience wasn’t exactly ideal. They were slow to respond with everything, messed up on installations several times and had to come back to our offices on multiple occasions. They were also responsible for locking out our entire office. Imagine coming in to work in the morning only to be unable to enter your office for several hours? Several people missed out on conference calls because of it.
They also wouldn’t take responsibility for anything or offer any discounts for the inconvenience. Instead, they chose to point fingers at not only us but at BayAlarm and blamed them for their mistakes. It’s pretty revealing for a company to not only be unable to admit their faults but to point fingers and this was from the owner of the company himself. Our work with BayAlarm wasn’t the greatest either but BayAlarm were apologetic and took full responsibility, which is why we would still recommend them despite everything. But I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Even when it came time to bill us, they took an entire 2 weeks. The entire process with them was frustrating and unpleasant, to say the least.
Please look elsewhere.

Our company has used Quality Lock and Safe for years. They have changed out locks and re-​keyed all locks, repaired locks, and made unusual keys for us (like the key for our coke machine). They have technicians that come out and do the work — we have always found them to be trustworthy and professional. Yesterday I went in for a specialty key to be duplicated and it couldn’t be done right away, but the technician at their store, Alexis, had me leave the key and then she personally dropped it off at our business this morning — duplicated to perfection. Above and beyond what I expected! I recommend this lock and safe shop 100%.
