Wendy’s

After running an errand during our lunch hour. my friend and I decided to stop in here and have lunch. The inside is pretty old fashioned, it could use some updating. We go and order our food and then sit down. We see a customer holding a live bunny on a table. The bunny was dirty. Like the bunny was originally white but now he is sorta gray. Nice. As we’re eating lunch the bunny mama goes halfway out the door (with the bunny in hand) and is yelling at the top of her lungs to her friends a block or so away to come over. They come over and appear to be arguing outside the door of Wendy’s. Nice. This is all while an obnoxiously loud hum noise (this is the only way I can describe it) is coming from the kitchen area. I mentioned that the noise was really loud earlier as I was giving my order and the clerk replied with a «yeah».
So all in all, they have great chili. Next time I’ll just make sure to get it in the drive thru. If you love questionable scenery, go inside.

People are always very rude here… hardly acknowledge the customer and kind of just throw the food at you. Yeah, I understand the importance of speed but come on. Just left and they got my order wrong. I ordered the 4 for $ 4, I asked for the chicken sandwich since I don’t eat beef or bacon. So you can imagine how happy I was to find a cheeseburger with bacon on it instead. And cold fries.

Fast service (drive thru), hot food, very friendly service! Ordered the $ 4 for 4. Drove up to the window, the drink was waiting, cashier quickly rang up the meal and handed us our food and we were on our way. My son was «starving» and I was on my way to an appt. and wanted something fast. This Wendy’s location delivered!

Just tried the new Gouda bacon cheese burger. Wendy’s is always had the best chili in town, and this burger is definitely a five star. You should try it

I’ve never had a bad meal from here. The salads are always fresh and I have to say… Wendy’s has the best fast food salads! It’s awesome that I bought a lil card for .99c and I can get a small sweet treat. (A JR Frosty) The employees have always friendly b at the drive through.

Decided to give this place another try tonight, the ROTTEN baked potato stank SO BAD! Don’t go near this place for your own safety! So many foods go bad that you can’t tell, these were just obvious ones! Don’t risk getting sick eating here, they don’t care if it means losing a couple dollars throwing out bad food.

We don’t eat at Wendy’s often, and it has been a while. This was by far the best hamburger I’ve ever had at Wendys. It was well seasoned and juicy. The service was good, and they were understanding with our lack of familiarity with their menu.

I like Wendy’s I haven’t had a bad experience eating here. Their service on drive thru is nice and they are friendly chicken nuggets are delicious when I order them they are always hot tonight I ordered a chicken dill sandwich and that was pretty good the girl in the drive thru was friendly. Their fries are always hot too. I’ll be coming back two thumbs up for them customer service is always important if you want your business to do well.

This Wendy’s reminds me of way back when my family and I lived in some condos down the street and would come here pretty often. It’s super old and dingy looking but it fits the location it’s at.
I hadn’t had Wendy’s in seriously forever but I recall their «natural cut» fries to be super good so I decided to pick up some food on the way to my boyfriends.
I thought I remember them having a basic spicy chicken sandwich that was either on the dollar menu or super inexpensive. I couldn’t see it anywhere except to be bought as a meal and I was hungry so I ordered that combo. It was over $ 8! That is not the Wendy’s I remember. I was really taken back. Especially because the sandwich was flat and flimsy. It tasted okay, I should’ve said no tomatoes because they made it extra soggy. The chicken wasn’t crispy enough for my liking and the lady at the window looked so upset when I asked for ranch dressing (what is with people hating giving out ranch!!!)
The fries weren’t the fries I remembered from a few years back, maybe that style was for a limited time. But these ones were flavorless and unsatisfying.
Anyway, at least I satisfied my craving but I was still a little hungry after eating. Wendy’s is definitely not the place for an inexpensive quick bite to eat anymore.

I am homeless and this Wendy’s like most are apart of the Restaurant Meals program, which allows the homeless to use food stamps to get a hot meal. The thing is that they are not supposed to charge tax on the purchase. Every place I been to takes the tax off no problem don’t have to ask or remind them. This place here the manager made me feel like I was a criminal for bringing it up. Gave me a huge attitude and said she would look into it but they don’t have the system to do it right now. It has been almost 3 months now and they still haven’t figured it out. I go there like 10 times a month or more. They now take the tax off for me but still are charging the rest of the homeless the tax because they don’t complain. The last time I went in the manager said with an attitude I will take the tax off but this is going to make me short on my register. Really? You are using a program to make more money and yet you are ripping off people who are hurting by charging them more then what you are supposed to be charging them BY LAW. Half the staff is friendly the other half including the manager are rude and have no idea about customer service or dealing with people. What prompted this review was the last visit. I purchase the Free Jr Frosty key chain 3 months ago. You get a free frosty with every purchase by having this key chain. Show them the key chain when you make a purchase and you get a free Jr frosty it ends sometime in June. Well as I said I have been going there for months now they all know me and know I have the key chain. Most of the times they wont even ask to see it, they will just say chocolate or vanilla because they know. Well this last time one of the nice employees asked that question and I said chocolate. The guy taking my order asked to see my key chain and he knows I have one he has taken my order over 15 times before, the plastic key chain must of snapped off and I lost it and was told yes even though they know I had one they cant give me a frosty unless they see it. I was a bit upset because I know this was being done because of my complaining about the tax. I am officially done with this place and will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint.

This is a pretty good location, but the one off Plaza is still better ;) It’s down the street from where I work and on the way home, so I’ll stop by from time to time when the craving hits. I’m a huge fan of their spicy crispy chicken sandwich. They are usually very good about my specifications on my order (no mayo, add onions. and lots of them!) Natural-​cut fries are good too; sometimes I could stand for them to be a little crispier.

Dont go to this Wendy’s. I found a fly in my frosty.

Last time I went there they were unprofessional. On a free coupon, they did not explain that a large soda cost extra and tried to collect money after I sat down and started eating! I had no problem before, though, so I may still go there.

Its a wendys, but a very good one!
