Omg this place is so slow it hurts. Placed my order for wings 30min ago and am still waiting for them to be ready. I am getting hangry!

I love their food but hate the service. Ordered my food online via the app and set a pick up time for 6:15 pm. I walked in the door and paid around 6:10 and my name/order was already in the computer. I assumed everything was fine. The place was not busy. A couple tables with people eating and a few more waiting for to-go orders. As I waited, other people that had called in orders complained they had called ahead and still waited 45 minutes! After waiting 25 minutes and watching people behind me get their food, I asked if my order was almost ready and was told they hadn’t even started it. They blamed the online ordering and how the system prints to the fax machine that they have to check separately(how hard is it to check) and somehow paying did not start my order either. They said they would put my name in «the book» and comp my next order. They seem to have to do this a lot– it would be easier to just to be organized.

Jamie took my phone order today, mind you, it’s the super bowl today so I know for a fact they were very busy. I called in to cash in 10 free wings that I was promised for a mistaken order from a prior visit. Jamie was calm, helpful and patient throughout my ordering experience, even as the management team was determining whether or not the free wings can be used today(one of busiest days of year)!Best customer service I have received over the phone since I can remember… Thanks Jamie!

I’ll be honest, I really like wingstop’s wings. However, service is so incredibly slow. Ordered 2 orders of wings at 7:30 online. Received an email stating wings would be done at 7:40. Arrived at 7:40 and sat waiting for 35 minutes. Glad I ordered ahead of time. I will note, they seemed busy on a Friday evening. Great, I get it. But at least dominoes will be up front and tell me the wait time is an hour. I would have hung around with my kid before bedtime if I had known it was that long of a delay. Wings are good, call ahead and give them a few minutes cushion.

Great customer service. Cashier was really friendly, and kindly explained to me all their different flavors. I love with the Louisiana rub! Their fries are really really good! They have a hit of some kind of sweet seasoning that goes great with them. Restaurant is always Clean everytime I come here.

This location is on my way home coming from work in Oceanside. I have had dinner here three times now. The cashiers have been strictly professional with no emotion. They just take my order and payment. No complaints here. I am just stating my experience. The place is always clean. There is always an employee cleaning the tables when someone leaves. I think someone checks the security cameras on occasion so they know when to clean tables. On all occasions, they seem to give me more wings or more boneless wings. They always tell me the same reason. They came out small. No complaints here either. What I really liked about this place was my most recent experience. I forgot to order a side of Ranch. I even went to the register and was ready to pay. Instead of paying a few quarters for one, they just gave to me. I look forward to eating here again and again. Awesome customer service! Thank you!

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Too salty. Good wings are supposed to be buttery, garlic-ey, and spicy. These tasted like store bought wing sauce, but saltier and worse. Find a better wing place with some actual care put into how they taste. Fries were also over-seasoned and salty. Avoid this place.

Best wings ever pretty much. Every time I get wings from other spots I end up wishing I would’ve gotten some from here. The place is small but its located at a mini mall strip so its expected, but there’s plenty of parking at least! Service is friendly which leaves me with no complaints. Pay them a visit!

I love this place. Been here 3 time and this last time I placed my order on the app and it usually takes 15 minutes to be ready. This time it took longer so they offered me a free drink and free side order for the inconvenience. The staff is friendly and the food never disappoints.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wings here. They have a decent selection of beer too. Tons of tvs to watch a game… it’s football season. It’s more of a grab and go place, but I had a good experience sitting down. The flavors are great… you can’t go wrong with any of them.

The food is great when you get it. This review is for a while ago maybe 2months. The chicken takes a little time to cook which can be understandable. Depending when you go customer service can be pretty bad which may add to the frustration of the food taking a long time. Its good options for different sauces you can choose from. I’m a big Wing Stop fan I probably go at least twice a week. Overall, my fav is bone — in Louisiana Rub! My only suggestion is that they inquire about getting Ballast Point Brewing(Beers) included into their inventory. Especially«Sculpin» I guarantee their beer sells will jump!

We live in Escondido so the nearest location is in Vista and we decided to order online and pick it up. We’ve gone to the other locations(Lemon Grove and Carlsbad) and we love their wings so the commute to us wasn’t a big deal. We chose a pick up time of 11:45 and I arrived around noon and my order still wasn’t ready. Plus side was that my order was fresh, but I expected them to be done and ready to pick up when I walked in. We got a 30 wing family pack with 3 different wing flavors and Cajun fries and carrots/celery sticks. They messed up the amount per flavor that we requested, we chose BBQ, Korean Q and one of the dry rubs. We chose to get the Cajun flavor added to he fries, they were so overly seasoned that they were barley edible and we ended up throwing most of them away. It’s like the lid of the seasoning fell off while they were seasoning them and they just packaged them up like it wasn’t a big deal. We were given a choice of dipping sauce(one flavor per 10 wings) and we chose ranch. They only gave us one little cup of ranch for 30 wings, fries, celery and carrot sticks. Stingy much? It was also kind of gross that the girl who packaged up my order and rang me up had long, sharp, bubblegum pink colored nails. I thought that you weren’t supposed to have fake nails in food service? It’s kind of unsanitary. The 3 stars are for the wings, because we like them that much. I don’t know if we will be returning to this particular location. But if there is a next time I would do without the Cajun seasoning on the fries, or at least ask them to not completely douse them in it. I would also check my bag to make sure that they have provided enough dipping sauce for the amount of food in my order. You live and you learn I guess.

The French fries were really great, the small is like a large. Football on big screen TV. They serve beer if you like that. About 8 to 10 type of wings Very helpful and friendly staff Only wish it was cooler inaide. It was 90 outside and maybe 80 inside.

Eva the manager always delivers great customer service. She is very outgoing, talkative and personable. She makes our experience here very pleasant along with the other workers here. My favorite wings are the mango Habanaro I hope they never get rid of these. My husband loves their Louisiana rub. Shout out to the guy who suggested the rolls. love this place.

You know what? This place is ok compared to the Carlsbad location(the one across from Westfield El Camino Real mall). There are some things I prefer over at the other location and some things that I liked from this Vista location. One thing different is the price and menu layout. The menu is cleaner and easier to understand, and the price is cheaper by $ 1 – 2 after tax(not too big of a difference but it could be when you’re trying to stretch your money). Their fries are varied here… as you you get your regular cut fries like at Carlsbad and then you also get a mix of large steak fries tossed in. The seasoning is not the same(this one is saltier – you just need to toss in a pinch more of sugar because that’s the secret). The wings are just as tasty if not the same in cooking. So nothing lost there. Bf and I went to this place because we were craving wings, it was closer to us than Carlsbad(our go-to location even though it’s about 4 miles farther), and we wanted to see if it was comparable enough to just go to the Vista location next time or just continue going to Carlsbad. The drinks are more accessible here… as in your teas and fountain drinks are in one location instead of the teas in the back counter where the general public can’t reach and the sodas in the front. So that’s a plus. We will probably still go to Carlsbad but once in awhile grab the wings from here.

Wingstop was once my go-to place as far as wings were concerned. I would frequent it like once every month at least to get my wings fix, especially since I’m a huge fan. Their lemon pepper has been a staple of my wing diet for the longest time. They offer a variety of different flavors ranging from medium, hot, to garlic parmesan, and Louisiana rub. My personal favorite as stated above is the lemon pepper. My one gripe about Wingstop is that over the years the wings have gotten smaller and smaller. They weren’t the size as Buffalo Wild Wings but they were a tad smaller, which is a healthy portion in itself. Nowadays when I visit, the wings are so small that there is barely any meat left on the bone. That’s pretty much the reason why I docked stars off their rating. Taste is still good except for the fact that over the years the wings have gotten smaller and smaller and smaller.

I have been to WingStop a few times and I was pleased to see the new Vista location. The staff is always nice and far as I have ever seen the place is always clean. They have a decent size selection of beer considering the location. I love wings, and these wings are safe but good bet. They taste pretty good and over all they are made well. It will vary a bit from cook to cook, but I think that is normal. The price is fair for what you get. I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay separate for dip, seems that is something that should be included. And I really hate the paper towels instead of napkins. I will get the BBQ, the Garlic Parm or the Mild wings. It is my understanding if you LOVE spicy the atomic are killer. I can’t do anything super spicy so I have never tried them. All in all, decent food, decent prices, clean store. Expect to enjoy but not be wowed.
