«The Hole» is what the apartments are calld. The mantnance is a joke! He is a drunk that is crude, rude and socially unexceptional. The floors are falling in on top floor apartments. The stairs are scary to climb, some of them are leaning! People have roaches, even if they are clean, and they never spray. Some apartments smell like mildew. The cabinets are falling apart. Disposals stops working and sinks won’t drain. Flooded sewage in bottom apartments and they didn’t treat for mold after the fact! These apartments are a death trap! I know something needs to be done!
