Dominic & Josephine’s Salon

Great place. Excellent service. Really nice staff.
The salon itself is a bit dated. However, I’m told that they are in the process of remodeling. Even though the décor is very 90s, the place is CLEAN. Even more importantly, the quality of the cut and color service was AWESOME. I have been to so many salons in North Jersey trying to find a quality stylist but they all fell short. I decided to go back to Dominic and Josephine Salon one day when I was visiting home. I was so happy I did. Liz, the owner, is really knowledgeable and can transform anyone’s hair into exactly what they want. She doesn’t pull any punches either. In short, you have to do what she instructs if you want to have amazing results. She doesn’t have a magic wand so what you desire may take time. Be patient, you’ll be happy you did. I have cowlicks all over my head and she has «trained» my hair (and me for that matter.)
Side note: Liz gives a BANGIN’ gel manicure. So detailed and perfect. If you are lucky you might be able to get an appointment for one with her.

Great service, nice chatting and wonderful job with haircut. Also, she tough me how to style my new haircut in 2 different ways. Loved it!
